items missing from my order. contacted them x10 , no reply, no refund, totally ignored, had no belt for classes, missed classes. unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent, spent hundreds over the years, a simple apology email would have been mannerly at least.

Ordered a bad boy onesie off deep blue on a Friday afternoon and paid the extra £4 for next day delivery, received an email from deep blue saying that my order had been dispatched on Saturday so my item should of been delivered on the Monday, which did not happen, Tuesday come and went and still no delivery, I emailed deep blue twice and I have not heard anything back regarding my complaint.
Even if my order arrives on the Wednesday I still will not be ordering from this company in a hurry, and will be expecting a refund on my delivery cost. Very unhappy customer and disappointing customer service.

it couldnt be any better, great prices compared to other equipment suppliers and free delivery, its truly a bargain, i am surprised..

Excellent communication by email and text. Fast delivery. Would highly recoomend.

Ordered friday, came by DPD monday, DPD are the best company around and text you an hour slot of when your item will be delivered.

The product from Deep Blue was perfect, got a badboy catalogue in the package too.

The deep blue website and service are second to none.

Only thing i would like to see is more product at a competitive price and maybe some free stuff like stickers and stuff in your package.

I ordered my items on Saturday morning, they were dispatched on Sunday & I received them on Wednesday as estimated, I received e-mails once the item was prepared for dispatch & again to confirm dispatch. Will definitely be using them again.

Items arrived quick, n really good quality.
Only problem one of the items was a different colour to what I ordered so emailed them back asking to swap it and over a week later still not heard anything.

Delivery was absolutely fine, pretty prompt .
Price was fine.
No issues really.

I did ask them a simple question after ordering but they never responded.

I ordered my next item elsewhere..

some retailers are a nightmare to buy from but i have never been let down by these their website reflects what they have in stock so never not been sent something. delivery is (was) free when your spend is over £40 so was all happy

I made two orders at 2:45 pm for the next day delivery.
One came one day and the next the next day.
Overall a very good service. would recommend

The goods I ordered arrived 2 days after I ordered them. I received updates of the order in progress and they were well packed. The actual items are excellent quality, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend and I would def use again

Really happy with my items, and especially the fact that they arrived within 1 day. Speedy and trackable delivery. Also very happy with the quality of the t-shirts I bought. One was out of stock during my purchase and I received a phone call (on a Saturday) offering me alternatives or a refund. Really couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend.
