Void this! They are the worst ever never answer there emails of complaints! They support Dodgy flight agents and advertising cheap fares you will never get! And then have trouble getting your Money back! Scammers!!

Click on advertised deals and just directs you to Tui or other travel agent website. Prices are always more than advertised as well. Don't really see the point in it

I book a ticket booking reference cfs65600 already two days they didn't send any tickets asking for more money and for luggage as well they asking 250 pounds. Every agent ask for different money. totally Scam Don't book any thing with them don't waste money.

Unfortunately one of the deals shown today has caused me a lot of grief and I think I would now rather use a travel agent.

Don't ever use Trip delight or holiday globe. Want to charge you extra for everything, all foreign individuals who can't speak English properly and sell you a holiday not as described on Dealchecker

Avoid as they show you cheap tickets(not confirmed and without any baggage and a basic economy promotional package) and instead you are paying for a booked intinery only. Then when you book online the company sends you an email stating your tickets will be with you in 48 hours. Within this time frame they send you another email stating to call them back urgently after which they say you don't have a confirmed ticket and are on standby and no guarantee of ticket and try to get more money from you to upgrade. Avoid this scam company and save your money!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Sold me a flight for 520 pounds to Thailand then started telling me because I hadn't put my middle name they couldn't book this flight. I contacted the airline and passport control who both told me this was rubbish, a middle name is not mandatory. They then told me I'd have to contact airline for refund which wasn't booked so how they expect me to get refund from them I don't know? When pulled up on this they said they hadn't said it even though I had voice recordings of this. They then said they had to book me on a different flight and it would cost 698 which I would have to pay or wait till September after my flight was due to leave before I could get refund or pay 50 to cancel the booking. None of the communication was done by email so they knew I had no come back but luckily I recorded all my communication from this company! Do not use, be very careful this is a con company that sell a flight at one price then when they cannot meet this they will try and blame you rather than admit they was wrong.

Booked another holiday with deal decker, spoke to Ash again who was very helpful and patient. Guided me through various suggestions. Now have two holidays booked next year hope they live up to expectations . Certainly booking a holiday through deal decker was a good experience.

I checked the price online all the tickets price are very cheap I called all the sites which was on dealchecker web not even one site offered the price on web. Absolutely was of time all false advertisement this government encourages all the scammers it should be band for false sales on flights tickets
