Honestly when I ordered the Cyber Candy Mystery Bargain Parcel box and it came within a few days, I was happy with how quick it arrived but upon opening the box, I was a little disappointed with the lack of sweets this time around. I have ordered the same box a couple of times in the past and they have always been way fuller then the latest one I ordered this time around. The delivery price is also a little steep and considering the lack of sweets, I was a bit disappointed and expected better. I think I'll go with the large box in the future and see if that's any better then this buy.

I have ordered from here a few times in the past couple of years and let me tell you I haven't had a single let down by CyberCandy whatsoever! Their service is excellent, especially how quickly it takes to ship to your address and the mystery parcels you can get are always chocked full of delicious items! The only problem is the shipping prices could do with being a bit cheaper but other then that, what more could you ask for?

Ordered a mystery parcel for my partner's birthday online. Postage was quick, and the selection was good. To my horror the MyHermes slip in the door said "BOX BEHIND BINS", and it had been raining for hours whilst I was at work. Box is now a bit of a curly and unacceptable state for gifting. Luckily most candies were safe, the cardboard packaging of some has gone soft, and luckily the rain didn't reach the Kool Aid, or the whole thing would have been a wet mess. PLEASE drop MyHermes as your postage option! They left my mail in this state even after I added a delivery note asking for it to only be left with my flat, in case of us not being home. Leaving it to rot outside isn't good enough.

I bought a large mystery box and it came within 3 days despite purchasing the 6 day delivery. Great. I opened it to find it was full of cheap lolly pops and some things I could have bought for 5p, popping candy. Not just one, several popping candys. These were occompanied by a few sweets at 25 cent too. Not to mention little gummy rings and cheap chewing gum. I was quite disappointed with what I got considering the money spent on it.

Absolutly amazing service and delivery, they e-mailed you at every step and was very quick in their delivery. Quality of product and packaging was excellent, will definitely buy from them again :)

My parcel was meant to arrive within 6 days, it was here in 36 hours!!!! So happy with this company will definitely be buying again- excellently packaged too

2 of the 6 items I ordered were in stock on the website but turned out to be out of stock.

The emails the company sent informing me of this never arrived and they didn't call. The missing items only came to light one week later when I chased the progress of the order.

To be fair, the customer service once I was in contact with them was quick. However even then I found the messages rather confused/confusing.

Bought some items as part of a gift. I was very pleased with CyberCandy's communication and costumer service. They went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with the order. Would recommend and use again.

Love this website, ordered twice in one week, fast delivery with credit to Royal Mail as well. Huge selection to choose from, chocolate,sodas etc. One thing that slightly disappointed me was how long items appear to be out of stock for, but other than that great website.

I only ever really use this website for their 1kg Pick n Mix Jelly Belly Beans, and I have found that not only are they the cheapest on the internet, but the delivery is super fast and I have not yet had a single complaint against them, despite making my 5th or 6th order a few days back!
I have recommended them to friends and will do so again! :D

I received my order at promised timetable, the packaging was professional and sustainable. The products in a good price and quite rare to find in my country (Greece). I totally recommended Cybercandy to all my friends and definitely i will shop again soon.

I had a make your own root beer kit bought for me as present. It was missing parts and they just shrugged their shoulders and blamed the manufacturer. Seemed quite happy to ignore the Sales of Goods Act which means the contract is with the retailer to remedy NOT the manufacturer. No refund forthcoming.

Go there but if you have problems forget them doing the right thing.

I have been ordering of the cybercandy website since 2009 and I have everything that I have ordered I have recently my favourite sodas from the website and I have also ordered some treats and a mystery box and I am eager to find out what is in it because it is my first mystery box but I tried most of the things on this website so I can't wait

Received delivery in under a week, great selection of products, and contacted me quickly when there was a product out of stock, and made a recommendation for similar items.

Being a cybercandy virgin, didn't really know what to expect. But I wasn't disappointed, emails and texts all the way from dispatch to delivery. I was told what time to expect delivery (handy as work nights) and even the driver's name. I ordered the mystery parcel, at first my heart sank as it looked a bit small and I thought it would be part protection packaging. But when Kevin the driver handled it over it weighed a ton! It was then whipped out of my hands by a rather eager 12yr old and opened. It was packed tight full of sweets and chocolate and not a packaging foam nugget in sight! Definitely worth the money, the only downside is the arguing on who is having what, I think the kitchen knife may get some use cutting things in half :0) I will definitely use this service again, and am hoping to pay a visit to the Covent garden shop next week when we go to London sightseeing

I ordered some cans and bottles, came in PERFECT condition, all nicely wrapped in bubble wrap (extra present ;) ), and the poptarts and chocolate bar came in perfect condition, except for the poptarts being snapped in half. But that didn't matter!!!

This company is brilliant, the website is simple and easy to use and it has a great layout and design. I can't wait until most of the Japanese sweets are in stock as I really want to try some sweets from there.

Going to order MORE THINGS!!

I recently received a package from them, which came in 3 days (after picking economy shipping which said up to 6!). All the items were very well packaged with absolutely no signs of damage. One item, however, was not the product that I ordered, it was an easy mistake as they appeared to have been involved in an accidental mix up. I emailed their enquiry service with the issue. I had a very quick reply stating that they would ship the correct product ASAP with no charge at all! And, even more amazingly, I enquired on a Friday, and the item arrived on the following Monday! Outstanding!

As a repeat buyer (and a visitor in the Brighton store,) I can safely say this is one of the best import stores out there! Although slightly pricey postage and packaging wise, it's definitely worth the money you pay. I recommend buying as much as you can afford in order to make up for it.
The mystery packages are one of the best things offered on the site, and I highly recommend trying one out, as you get so much for the amount you pay!
The service they offer is excellent and I cannot praise the stores/website enough!
