Juliana was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was kind, sweet, funny, efficient, professional and incredibly understanding, which made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable.

She has such a warm personality while still being extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the transaction. She is honestly a fantastic representative for Covent Garden FX.

WOW the service I received was impressive.
I used Covent Garden FX for the first time, for currency buy back. From placing an online order on Sunday evening and posting it on Monday, the cash was in my account on Tuesday. Super smooth, very simple. I will definitely use them again.

I have been using Covent Garden FX for a number of years and can say the service is absolutely outstanding! I always deal with Mark. Although we’ve never met we always end up having a laugh about life. Mark always either matches or betters any comparison rate and offers a more personal service with his direct dial number. How about this for service - I needed dollars quickly for a short notice break away and they arrived next day via Royal Mail special delivery. I love that they are a family run business instead of some huge corporate company that don’t provide a caring personal service.

I was a bit skeptical at first about the website - the bank transfer option isn't something I had seen and I hadn’t heard of the company before.

However the service was really great, would recommend! There were limited denominations of the money I wanted so I got a call quickly after my order to rectify the problem. Managed to collect Brazillian money within 24 hours.
