Ordered a Draytek Vigor IPPBX2820 VoIP. Not heard or seen anything. They don't answer calls, their phone system would not allow me to leave a message, but by pressing varies numbers on my phone it seemed to activate a message service. I have logged two emails and received Support Ticket Opened [#712569] but have had no reply. Want my money back and about to contact my bank to get the funds back. Seems to be a badly run or a scam company.

Purchased an item but as it was too small I asked if I could exchange it for a larger one. CKA said this was fine but the replacement was not in stock. As I needed the bag as a matter of urgency I asked if I could return for a refund less P&P. Again CKA agreed this was fine so I returned it. I emailed asking if they had received the item, CKA said they had and would process the refund. Needless to say that all emails after this were ignored and the refund never appeared. Unfortunately I gave them the benefit of the doubt for too long and my credit card company couldn't retrieve my money.
EDIT: After posting this review CKA finally started responding to emails and I have now received my refund. No reason was given as to why the original emails were ignored.

I bought the STM Velo bag and I was surprised how well it went. I was expecting for over a week delay because of the distance, but they sent the bag the next day I made the purchase and I got the bag in 5 days (3 business days) instead. To Finland! I've never got this fast delivery time when ordering outside Finland. I also asked about the delivery time and they replied me the same day.

My third purchase from CKA. This time a Draytek AP800 to extend the wireless range, and a couple of N65s - one for the AP800 and one for a Dell laptop. Everything arrived on time and worked out of the box.

I emailed and phoned and got no reply and no item ether but when I went through PayPal dispute they emailed straight away calling me the lyer when all I wanted was the item that I paid for I get sick and tiered with people that try to rip people off and then call them lyers I have now bought the item from amazon uk a respected company that plays by the rules they will more than likely try to denie all of this.
And the rest of you can believe who you like I know who is telling the TRUTH ! ! SO BE WARNED

Was recommended to this company by work colleague. My purchase was a draytek 2710vdn and it was delivered quickly well packed and the price was good.

Started off trying to buy something on eBay which went totally wrong (Paypal nonsense) but after sorting all this out ended up buying through CKA and got a good result and a great product (STM Medium Velo) in the end. It's nice to deal with real people - did you sort out the cat, Justin? :) - instead of eBay's stupid 'help' system.

One point - don't bother to phone them because you'll end up leaving a message. They will get back to you but their email response is much faster (like, really quick!) and friendly. If I would criticise them it would be to say that they are a bit understaffed...

I received excellent service from this company, responded to my e-mails, delivery was free and the goods arrived as promised, well packaged and therefor no damage. I will recommend to others.

I placed an order, they took the money and I received a confirmation email. After a week I emailed them, tried to call them and left messages for them on their answerphone but they have never contacted me and I never got the item. Please beware and don't trust theses crooks.

Ordered it (STM Revolution), paid for it, received it within 2 days and it's perfect. Emails kept me informed. Can't ask for more.

Item never arrived.
Sent numerous emails to find out what was going on and when I can expect delivery. Got one reply: was told it would be sent within a few days a total lie.
When it still did not arrive, sent numerous more emails. No reply at all. When I tried to call, no one picks up. Left voice message asking to be called back with info on when it should arrive. No reply. Finally gave up and emailed, stating that I wanted to be told what was going on or I would ask paypal to give me a refund. Amazingly, they replied straight away. Have now got my refund.

This company is not worth the hassle.

Really nice bag, fits the MBA 11 perfectly along with power adapter, USB keys, notepad, external HD and more! Really good service as well from CKA - if you are looking for a small case for your 11" MBA, get the Scout XS and get it from CKA! Phil, CI
