I often shop in Chockers and always happy with purchases, good friendly staff, great range . I purchased a beautiful pair of shoes for friends daughter’s birthday … Big success…..However, my experience of Chatham is rock bottom , filthy, drunks & junkies everywhere, obviously mental health problems … The deterioration of this once vibrant town centre has been rapid . Love the shoe shop hate the town .

Horrible company!
I ordered trainers over two weeks ago through the shop app.
My purchase has not been shipped yet!
No response to my phone calls, emails, Messenger and Whatsapp!
Completely irresponsible and dishonest people. I will report the theft of money and fraud to my bank.
Highly not recommended !

Instagram shows lots of bling and posing in Bentleys but...when it comes to the actual shoes, don't bother!
Missing bits, badly made and they'll mess about with returns in the hope you'll get fed up and go away, so they get to keep your money. Don't believe the hype with this company...and go elsewhere for a stress-free shopping experience!

Placed an order after finding their instagram, the order arrived quickly and the quality of the shoes was amazing. In love with all their designs, have already ordered 3 more pairs. Amazing customer service and amazing products!! Xx

Shocking quality. Don't bother. Just received a pair of sliders in the post and never seen such Garbage in all my life.
There's stones missing, glue marks just shocking quality. I've emailed them to send me a returns label as I want a refund and they've replied saying they want pics of them. Stupid and just not on. They will see that when I return them. Keep away guys.

I ordered a pair of wedges from Chockers. Firstly I never recieved a confirmation email. The shoes never arrived on the date it stated it would when I was ordering. I then had to contact them, and await a slow response. The reply email stated that they would be delivered via Hermes. They never arrived! I contacted them on several occasions and eventually I received a reply. They basically told me I would have to wait until Hermes explained where the order had gone. I waited and waited. Contacted them several times once again and was told I would receive a full refund. 6 weeks since I initially put in the order, and no shoes or refund!! Stay away from this company!!! Absolute rubbish customer service!!!!

I know there are mixed comments on here and I was also weary about buying from this site when I read these reviews but I thought they were excellent. I ordered my shoes, got an email confirmation straight away, a day later got an email telling me the shoes have been dispatched. Ordered them on a Tuesday and they arrived the following week on Friday all in great condition and wrapped up properly and neatly in a shoe box. So I honestly would tell you guys definitely go for it and use this site there is nothing wrong with it and I personally thought my item arrived pretty quick too.

I ordered a pair of shoes,my first night wearing them and the heel came off,I emailed chockers and within a couple of days had a new pair without having to send the shoes back,very good customer service

Your returns/exchange process is far too slow. I also think that asking customers to then pay to send them back and then pay again for postage for the exchange was rather cheeky. So in total I paid around £14 delivery on top of my shoe cost. I had to email your company several times to chase the status of my exchange as i'd not heard anything. The shoes are OK, VERY small made. I probably won't buy from you again.

Quick delivery but not suprised couldn't wait to get rid of the last pair awful shoes and poor quality they where bent and not even packages will never buy again and to top it off to return I'd have to pay for it what a joke
