Looks like I will lose £454 with these “Robin Hoods”. Parcel shipped to South Africa. Seems to be lost / stolen as SkyNet never Delivers, requested the parcel to be returned and refunded, well, nothing new to report still no joy. Got refunded my shipping 0f £24. Nice first impression. 3 weeks and counting

Card is without a doubt the world's best website. Thousands of products at affordable prices. A Site manned by cyclists for cyclists
Rapid delivery and customer service is best I have dealt with.

Have used company multiple times, and they are fantastic, really should be awarded a sixth star, they are that good. I don't understand whoever has given less than excellent. From prompt reliable service, to an easy and trouble free returns and exchange policy; to warranty claims they have been exceptional. May not always be the cheapest but would rather pay a little more for the peace of mind they provide. Exceptional.

Bought a brunch of items from CRC. Not my first order with them but it was my first time to return an item to them. I requested to exchange for another type of item, but unfortunately the item I want was out of stock when the return item was delivered. CRC spontaneously informed me that instead of exchange they will refund to my overseas credit card. Within 12hrs I replied by email saying I want to exchange another item instead of refund, as credit card will charge me a fee for foreign currency refund. However, "too late" is the final respond I got. I lost 12% plus postage for nothing, thanks to CRC.

So if your are paying by overseas credit card, don't use CRC.

Brilliant site. Prices are excellent as is service. Website has improved enourmously over the years. Easy to recommend.

I just wanted to correct my earlier review.
I wrote a review to 'Trustpilot', because they asked for my feedback. At that time I was very upset about the bag I purchased because both of the clips to secure the bag onto my bicycle frame SNAPPED OFF and it wouldn't secure safely to the bicycle frame... I loved the bag as it was just the right size, style and colour that I needed....
Chainreactioncycles replaced my bag within two days, I was over the moon.
I used my new bag today and I am very happy, Thank you very much....

Ho notato però che non effettuano lo sconto indicato in quanto quando mettono sconti del 70% il prezzo viene aumentato. Comunque consigliato. Offre un servizio reso enteo un anno e gratuito

Købte et par cyckle bukser. Syningerne var skredet, og jeg kontaktede straks firmaet og bad om en retur label. Nu flere uger og mange mails senere har jeg givet op. Der skal udfyldes waranty papirer og sendes billeder. Billederne kan ikke læses af deres system ??? Jeg bruger iphone og ipad, og ejer ikke scannere og mega pc.
Udover det er deres levering forfærdelig og deres size chart ikke korrect

Ordered a MTB which said on web site coming soon, paid up and still waiting 4 weeks later. I have rang and emailed several times but have not been able to receive an estimated delivery time with no explanation. Was offered another bike but they want another £200. Very disappointed "coming soon" to me doesn't mean 4 weeks and counting with no ETA date. A warning to others, don't order unless its in stock because coming soon don't mean shitez.

The parcel arrived after 8 days!

It is my go-to online bikestore and have been so for years.
It is a bit tricky sometimes with the close out deals. Often it is a very limited what products these offers cover.

In need of fast delivery of new seatpost for upcoming weekend race. Chain reaction provides the service swiftly and with precise and transparent communication all the way.

Iv bought many stuff off this site and everything I have bought has come on time, no problems and prices are just right. Maybe that's just for me but overall I really like to buy from this site it's my go to first store online for anything bike related!
