Superb customer service!

We bought an airer from Cast in Style, when I went to install it one of the ceiling screws was threaded preventing me from fitting the caster. I rang up to explain the issue, the person who answered was lovely and helpful, and the new screw was with me the next day. The product itself is very well built, appreciate there was an issue with the screw but these things happen with threads so I’m not really putting that down to build quality. The customer service was equally superb. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered a Kadai firebowl with extras. The price was good and the customer support friendly and helpful. The delivery was fast. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Decent air dryer with average cost, but they nickel and dime you for every little piece. Seriously, things that should come standard with the clothes hanger you have to pay extra for. I accidentally bought another cleat instead of the rubber stoppers you need that they dont include, and they could not care less. I believe their web page changed it in my basket and I didnt notice. So Ive had to spend more money on shipping to buy these 5p rubber grommets that they should have just included in the first place. If this didnt happen I'd be willing to give 5 stars. Just be aware if you buy from them!

I bought the 5 lath ceiling airer. Really happy with it now it's up. Pleased that it's a small company who make it in the UK. I had to return a part for exchange and they processed this well.

We are delighted with our traditional 4 lath clothes airer.
With the help of the how to video my husband put it up with ease.
The only slight negative and it is very slight is that we ordered the ivory cast and the stoppers that came with it are black. I’ve ordered some clear o rings elsewhere and it looks much better.
