I ordered 5 packs of tiles 2 weeks ago and they have finally arrived.
After my 2 requests asking where they were there delayed reply was to say 'it was lost in transit' and apologised.
Ive had to chase them up and compensate my client for the delay.
I will never again use Brooklyn I will use guaranteed Amazon prime next day delivery with a reputable firm.

Ordered 3 Venetian blinds because they were the only company I had found that did the size I needed. After reading the mixed reviews I paid on credit card for that extra insurance. Paid for next day delivery but they didn’t arrive until the following day. Annoying but not the end of the world.
When they did arrive they were filthy. Two of the 3 were bent and dented. How can a company send out goods in such a condition! We are just tidying up the house to sell so hubby fettled them as best he could to avoid the hassle of returning them. I suppose this is what they hope for.
For less than £11 each guess I can’t expect much more but don’t think I will be ordering from them again

Bought a Mothers Beginning travel bag for my daugther's Xmas. Arrived a short while ago, totally damaged, btl was open ruined bag, contents, and packaging and also talc bashed.! Very unhappy

Ordered my goods on the 24-09-20 after firstly ensuring that they had ample stock. The date is now 02-10-20 and have had no response from this shambolic company. You call the number in Manchester only to be fobbed off with 'this is to do with our online sales nothing to do with us' even though its the same company!! The telephone number they give you are disconnected, the email system doesn't work. This company is a waste of space, avoid at all costs!!

Bunch of cowboys. Would not refund the difference in price of an item which was yet to arrive but was cheaper on amazon. Then said delivery had been lost, ye right!

Was a gift for my 4 year old daughter who had been excited, it was promised as a treat after her bloodtests she'd had this week.

Terrible company in communication, whoever has been responding to me, has no place working for the company. RUBBISH!

Been waiting 3 weeks for my order. I’ve emailed twice. I’ve contacted the store who refused to help because ‘they are a different department’. Can’t call their internet sales department because they’ve taken the phones off line. Opened a PayPal dispute and still not reply or resolution. The worst service I’ve experienced for a long time.

Disappointing experience as a returning customer. Ordered plant feed and a curtain pole and got the tracking details but only the plant feed arrived. Had to chase for an update on the pole. When it finally arrived it was bent in half - I appreciate this is the courier fault.
Brooklyn Trading arranged a replacement and I asked to add more to the order as there were other items I wanted to buy but this wasn’t possible. I was at home when it was ‘delivered and signed for’ but it wasn’t, I never received it. That was 1st April. Chased up Hermes and Brooklyn Trading. Eventually got a response from Brooklyn Trading today, three weeks later after many emails to them and a refund has been issued for the curtain pole only despite requesting for the delivery charge too after a very poor customer experience. To be honest I would have been happy with a second replacement pole if they could guarantee it would actually arrive and be straight!

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago, no delivery or any contact so far despite several emails. Can’t call as lines are closed due to Covid.

I love the floor tiles I bought from you,so I am ordering more and so is my friend their great quality and great price I had to wait a while for them,but that was down to mix up by Hermes not you,but it won't stop buying from you thankyou look forward to more tiles from you

I bought a Transition Strip online from these guys, described as Dark Wood Finish. When it arrived it was not as described. it was light wood. I asked to return it, they refused to allow me to exchange it and refused to give a refund. They ignored all messages. It took intervention from Amazon before they accepted a return. They agree the item is not as described but say it's not their fault, rubbish service.

Curtain pole arrived snapped at one end, sticking out of the 'sealed' plastic packaging, so obviously broken prior to posting. Was disappointed but the company did the right thing and provided a full refund. Thank you.

Poor quality of product. My flooring came damaged both times. Ended up having to get flooring from elsewhere offered a rufund for one pack! When over half of the boards were damaged on inspection.

The order arrived in perfect condition and on time as expected. I will use this Company again with confidence.

A great buy no problems at all will definitely buy again

Roller black-out blind bought, as always, at an unbeatable price. Delivered quickly by Hermes who may have bent the blind. Not too much trouble to straighten it, so a job completed quickly at bargain price with a high quality blind.

Laminate flooring very good, delivery company not so good.

Ordered 11th February for delivery to Ireland. Was told delivery despatched 12th. 9 days later am still awaiting delivery. Have emailed twice in the last few days but have received no response from Brooklyn Trading.
I am very disappointed with the service received. Was a customer for over 4 years whilst living in Germany and delivery was always within 2 days.
UPDATE
It is now 6th March and delivery still not received. Was told by Suzanne that it was returned to the depot after 2 weeks from UK mail with no explanation and was sent out again over a week ago. Received email from UK mail saying delivery would be within 48 hours but as of yet it has not arrived.
