The chair came with a completely snapped arm rest. Multiple emails and messages to customer services with no resolution. Really disappointed and would not use again. I will contact trading standards soon of they do not contact me with a resolution.

Would leave No stars if I could. Ordered two different items for my child's gaming chair, a wire and a 9v adaptor. The wire arrived within a few days but no sign of the adaptor. Emailed and was informed that the adaptor was stored in a different location to where the wire was that's why it wasn't sent and the warehouse was now closed for new years! Waited a couple of months and contacted again, emailed to say it still had not arrived, they mailed back asking for the order code, I tried to send it back to them and funnily enough my emails keep now bouncing back to my inbox, tried to call instead because of this and no response. Wasn't an expensive item but its the principle of it, you don't take people's money and not send the product and if you can't send the product you should give a refund. Going by other reviews this is quite a common issue with these cowboys, thief's are what they essentially are. Avoid them and don't bother throwing your money away, you'll be left with nothing to show for it apart from a bad experience.

Great product - it arrived on time and was easy assemble. Son loves it and now Dad is looking for a gaming chair too!! Will definitely be looking at one of the larger office chairs.

Excellent service. Order arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately one of the wheels arrived cracked but within 2 days they kindly dispatched me a replacement with no quibble - just as their website states.

Extremely happy with my order as my partner broke off the arm of his gaming chair and this was the only place I could find a replacement. Came in perfect condition and packaged well 👍

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , SENT 15 E-MAILS TO TRY GET A REFUND. REPLIED TO 4 MAKING OUT NOT RECEIVED ANY OTHER IN THE END TO GET MY REFUND HAD TO CONTACT RESOLVE AND CLAIM BACK FROM MY BANK . SHOULD OF REALISED THAT ANY COMPANY THAT STATES THERE REFUND POLICY IS APPROVED BY TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD OF SENT WARNING. I'M SURE TRADING STANDARDS TO APPROVE COMPANY'S , THERE NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE IS ONLY NO QUIBBLE BECAUSE THEY DONT REPLY WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I purchased two BraZen Phantom Elite PC Gaming Chair's a little over 12 months ago.

At first they seemed ok and good value for money but within 12 months the arms started splitting on both chairs the left arm split on my chair and the right arm split on the one I purchased as a gift for a friend demonstrating this is a quality issue as it is happening to both.

Contacted the company and they did kindly send a pair of replacement arms but at the same time tried claiming these are not covered under the warranty but can be purchased from their shop, but if I gave them a 5* rating on trustpilot for aftercare they would send them out for free.

Not long after this the class 4 lifter failed on the chair purchased for a gift so I contacted the company again and requested a new part to which they tried getting me to purchase the part. I contacted them back and informed them of their obligations under the warranty to which they now ignore my emails, given the history of these chairs I feel it is only a matter of time before the gas lifter goes on my chair.

These products are not of good quality and whilst their price may seem lower than other products on the market they are of poor quality and do not stand the test of time.

There is no reason why someone who purchases a "gaming chair" should be replacing critical parts of it or the chair as a whole within a couple of years.

Finally, many of these 5* ratings on trust pilot for this company are artificial as when the chairs are purchased the company sends out emails offering incentive's and/or payment for 5* reviews such as refunds on postage, I have proof of this and will be forwarding the emails to trustpilot.

I will also be contacting the relevant bodies to report the company for not honoring their duties under consumer law in relation to warranties.

Bought a gaming chair was faulty castors didn’t work contacted the company with 28 under the consumers right act wouldnt take the item back got advised to cont manufacture have since issue a section 75 claim against the company

Been waiting over two weeks now for my order I have chased this up on several occasions and have heard absolutely nothing back not even an automated email to say my queries are being looked into. This company takes your money and then ignores you and doesn’t send the products. Would not trust! Will be reporting

Hi I received 2 different coloured arms which were sent in my boxed chair. Emailed customer services who were prompt in sending me the correct replacement arm correct colour. Whilst still unpacking I noticed the stitching was coming away at the back of the chair I have emailed them 4 times about this and they don't reply. I would have taken a discount but my son has to live with a faulty chair and nothing is being done. Why ignore my emails. But offered great customer service on my first Email?

I bought my son a Brazen Puma gaming chair from this site for his birthday. I was very pleased with the service and quality of the chair. The parcel arrived very promptly and well packaged. I was kept informed of delivery progress, and there were no issues. The chair was easy to put together and is very sturdy and good quality for the price. It’s been very well used since April (2 months) and is still like new. I would definitely purchase from Boys Stuff again.

I have ordered 2 off these gaming chairs now in two different colours they seem ok so far apart from one now has a loose arm I’m not sure if it’s fixable but I’ll look into it but other than that they are good for the money paid
The delivery was fast one arrived in a damaged box the other was fine the one with damaged box had a slight tear in back of the chair but was a present so didn’t have time to return and the kids are very happy with there gaming chairs and they liked that they could choose there colour/design they liked
the chair seems comfy and the cushions can be removed if not wanted on the chair
