I ordered a knife sheath for £25 of these thieving b******s and never received my sheath and they was not contactable so I never got my money back either. They are not worthy of even one star, please don't give them your money as you will never see your ordered product or the return of your money. They have no phone number and don't reply to your emails, its one big scam. You have been warned!

I bought a knife off them when they first started trading.£120 reduced to £60.Like a fool I was caught by their advertising,same knife £30 elsewhere,just a copy of the original.Titanium liner was steel,g10 scales were plastic etc.Complained,never had a reply.

The poor excuse of a man is a criminal. I currently have a ccj out against him, I have his name, address and phone number shall post whewn I am back at home. Web site is fraudulent treat accordingly. H basically is very selective about who he answers the door too i.e. he has no problems opening the door to sign for my returned knives he didn't refund & I didn't want and had tried repeatedly to cancel same day as ordering. And now he won't open the door to the baliffs. The sad little man is living in fear in the dark behind closed curtains a dishonest and lonely man with many ill wishers and people after him justice will eventually catch up with him one day until then I am happy to hear of how he is now living constantly in hiding alone looking over his shoulder. I have written off the money it is the principal and that is why I shall patiently wait and persue this man until he is brought to justice.
He is a disgrace to the british knife collecting society.

Found the site and it seemed to good to be true with such a large selection of products. So naturally i ordered one for the collection (near £100) and low and behold, it was to good to be true, a week went by and no response, did my research then learned of there shoddy trading standards, luckily no payment had been taken from my account so i blocked the transaction with the bank. Absolutely disgraceful practice, should be criminally charged with theft for what they are doing to paying customers.

As mentioned here plenty of times already, there is simply no communication from the people who run this website, and seemingly no shipments being sent out, yet they will gladly take your money!

Don't take the risk.

ordered a £90.00 knife off these charlatans,never recieved goods even after pressuring them...please do not give them your hard earned cash guys! i found that my bank refunded my money..keep all evidence of your dealings with them..this is why they are still operating knowing you can get refunded...why has'nt the web site been closed down?...why arn't the authorities involved?,
STEER WELL CLEAR! THIEVES

I ordered my item and never recieved, every avenue of customer service yeilds no response, money taken from account, yup my BKCG experience.

I had used BKCG before, a few years ago, found them relatively satisfactory.
This time, I placed and order on 02.03.12 and waited three weeks before enquiring on their website email function for a package update. No response.
I have since tried using the website email link, texting, emailing direct and written a letter which I copied in a friend I have at Consumer Services. Absolutely no response whatsoever. Not even an email saying that they received or acknowledge my enquiries. My buddy is pushing my enquiry through Trading Standards and nobody can tell me if the company is still actively trading, or has gone under.
No communication AT ALL is very unprofessional. At the very least, an email saying 'sorry, delivery might be a while....' something, ANYTHING!
I am out of pocket and have no product. I will never use this company again and recommend strongly that you all avoid using it.

I have used them 3 or 4 times in the past and they have been satisfactory but on this latest occasion they are awful. Like others I tried to use their website order tracker but no reply even though they state they would get back in the next working day. Tried emailing them (giving them the benefit of the doubt) but still no reply. Another email today and then I read these reviews! What can I say? Order placed a month ago - only an acknowledgement and no further info. I'll cancel my order and not use them again.
Sorry to see others with this problem. Does anyone know if they have gone out of business?

I cannot believe this webiste is still running. They are the single worst expericne of shopping I have ever had. I ordered a product worth £60. Which is the most I have ever spent on a knife and I therefore I wanted it to be a nice one.

I never got it and still have not heard back form these crooks.

I have never heard from them. I have no way of getting in touch with them. I am now in the process of speaking to trading standards agencies to get them investigated.

One thing I will say is if you have not had your products. Also you have tried to get a refund and have all the correspondence that you have sent. Get in touch with your credit card provider and they should be able to refund the money as art of your online insurance.

The end note is to say please please please DONT USE THIS KNIFE COMPANY!!!!!!

Used BKCG once and NEVER again, terrible communication and mention by all other reviewers. Eventually got my item after weeks and weeks of waiting. This was in 2010 i believe, how they are still going in 2012 is beyond me! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

After waiting about 2 weeks for my item, I went back to the website and clicked "When Can I Expect Delivery" in the Customer Services section to see what was going on with the order. I gave them a couple of days, but still hadn't had a reply, so I tried the same thing again. But again, there was no reply. So I sent them an email to try and get some clue of when I'd get the order. Over 3 weeks after sending the email (and 6 weeks since placing the order), I've had no reply, and my order still hasn't arrived.

To anyone thinking of ordering from this website, DON'T. Having read some of the other reviews, I realise that this is not an isolated incident. So 6 weeks later, they have almost £50 of my money, and I doubt I'll ever receive the order.

At best, this company is disorganised, and has no communication skills, or idea of what customer service is. At worst they are thieves. I will NEVER be buying from them again, and urge others not to either. Appalling in every regard. 1 star seems too generous.

Do not use BKCG !!

Ignored all communication, knife did arrive 20 days after ordering, but I had ordered the same one from the states As I thought i had lost my money.. Cost half the price and came within 10 days at christmas!

Returned the BKCG knife immediatly Recorded delivery and just had it returned to me as it was not picked up from the Post office.

If you do not want to conduct your business in the manner you present yourself online then why bother?

Communication is key and courtesy costs nothing!

I repeatedly contacted bkcg to chase an order, they never replied to my e-mails or call requests and took the money from my account despite my cancelling the order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are the most ignorant company i have ever dealt with.

I've placed an order (£99.95) and weeks later I'm still waiting...

They do not respond to any emails or txt messages. I tried to cancel the order but they just took my money anyways (4 days after my cancelation).

Avoid like the plague!

I first bought from them last year and approached the site with scepticism as I do with any site I deal with for the first time. I took the plunge and ordered from them and always received my goods a few days after my payment was taken. No problems.

However, on this occasion, I selected my items, payment taken....no goods delivered?? No response to my emails for an eta or explanation, no sms response..nothing... They were always so good in the past but now it just seems like they've just run off with my money!

DO NOT buy from this company!!!!!!!! No telephone number, do not reply to emails. Taken my money but not delivered my Knife and can't get any communication from them. I will report them to trading standards.

Avoid this site at all costs. Never answer emails. Apalling service. No phone number. Currently owe me over £300 in refunds after 4 months. Go to heinnie heynes for better prices and great service.
