Well, I'm the type of mommy who wants to impress my baby every day of his life. Trying to create magic atmoshpere I look for some decorations. Purchased luminous stars from here and my son can't stop browsing it on the ceiling when I turn off the light.

Made several purchases this year (2011) and absolutely no problems. The purchases are mainly photographic hardware, the silly little bits and pieces bought as an afterthought for which a dealer or manufacturer skins you alive. The quality has been good and everything has worked. Prices, including shipping, are less than a quarter of British high street prices. After ordering, goods take about 14 days to arrive.
I intended to award only four stars? Nothing to do with the company but their location; they are in Hong Kong. Rightly or wrongly, I take the view that if anything goes wrong, I probably will lose my money. For this reason my orders stay below £20 GBP. Based on service and value alone, I will give them five stars.
I have just read Jan Heyckendorff-Diebold’s review and am very please to hear that his problem was satisfactorily resolved. His report has given me the confidence to award five stars.

Jeg købte en fin trådløs håndholdt trackball mus samt nogle 3d-briller.
Sitet er nemt at orientere sig i, der er rigtig gode priser, god E-mail information om bestilling, afsendelse og modtagelse.
knap 1 uge efter bestillingen kom varen - og det var intet mindre end den lange vej fra Hong Kong - det synes jeg er iorden :-)

Nu bliver det interessant! For efter kort tid viste trackball musen sig at være defekt på temmelig mystisk måde.

Egentlig orkede jeg ikke henvende mig til BestOfferBuy for at reklamere da produktet var forholdsvis billigt.
Men da jeg aldrig har haft en reklamationssag endnu, valgte jeg alligevel at undersøge om "reklamationsprojektet" ville lykkes - det ville jo være nemt for et firma i Hong Kong at sylte mig i Danmark!

Efter en del udspørgen og "inkompetent support" a la "er musen fuldt opladet", "er de nyeste drivere installeret" osv. (til deres forsvar skal siges, at det naturligvis er vanskelligt at yde virksom support på et defekt produkt) blev jeg bedt om at returnere produktet til Hong Kong.

Det gjorde jeg og ventede aldrig at høre fra firmaet igen :-)

Men min fordom blev skuffet. Efter noget tid modtog jeg rent faktisk en ny trackballmus som virker upåklageligt.
