Very disappointing experience. From the very beginning, I was guaranteed that two batteries were arriving on their next delivery and that one of them was reserved for me after I placed my order and paid. Based on that assurance, I booked a garage slot. When I followed up, I received a blunt reply simply stating the battery hadn't arrived – and then, after waiting over a week for any further response, I got complete radio silence. No apology, no proactive solution, no follow-up. Promises made, but absolutely not kept. Never go to them again!

Easy to access BMS website.Contact with team members for advice if needed is simple ,for all your battery needs the only place to go.Great service ,great pricing ,delivery prompt and packaging is
exceptional, and not overly costly if personal visit is not possible.I inadvertently ordered same product twice ,but was contacted almost immediately to advise this and a cancellation of one order was made and a refund processed, first class.

Hello BMS, on receival of 46B24L(S) it states "Remove Transit Bangs before installing battery" but there are no transit bungs to be removed and you only need to remove one and it cost £5 to buy these bungs..... not happy you telling me to do something that I cannot do.....

Ease of use to select a battery for my car, Don't buy a battery from anywhere else. You are just wasting your time!

Price and availability excellent. I’ve not given 5 stars because there was no tracking available and the only way to get assistance was from the trade phone number. Delivery was 5 working days which is ok if that’s what is expected. BMS need to get this aspect sorted. Overall I’m very happy with free delivery to Scotland.
