Khikmatulla will have to answer alot of questions. I will be taking call recordings and whatapp messeges to trading standards. They quoted me £600 for 5 hours. They came to romford picked up the stuff in the wrong size van then when arrived they refused to take the stuff upstairs. Then claimed there was no quote and I had to pay hourly. When I recorded the voice recordings and agreement was quoted. They took 12 hours in total broke most of my furniture when they were putting it together then asked me to give them cash to avoid the tax man or put it in a separate account. What they dont know is my brother works for trading standards and im going to sue this Khikmatulla PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDSTERS.

I strongly recommend using a different moving company.

From start to finish, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite providing clear, step-by-step instructions (including a detailed spreadsheet), the team failed to follow even the basics. As a result, they ended up packing everything twice—completely unnecessarily—and then had the audacity to charge me for the extra labour time they caused.

What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they blamed the fact that my instructions came from a different email address—an excuse that makes no sense given how clearly everything was laid out. They didn’t even bother to open the spreadsheet I created for them, which outlined specific requests like weighing boxes individually.

Communication was equally poor. Getting in touch with them was difficult, and when I did call, they only answered sporadically. There was no proactive communication, no effort to resolve issues, and no sense that they valued my time or money.

Overall, this felt disorganized, unprofessional, and careless. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that actually listens to its customers and takes responsibility for its work.

After a couple of friends who had recently moved recommended A to Z I phoned our local removal firm in Caldicot to move from our house in Caldicot to another property in Caldicot.

Tracy rang me after I requested a call back via their website; she was very helpful and kept us informed of all the information we needed right the way through the process. This helped massively in what can be a very stressful time.

A very nice man came round and looked at exactly what our requirements were and gave us by far the best price after having had 2 other quotes from firms that just used tick boxes on the internet. This gave me peace of mind that everything would run smoothly on moving day as they had already seen exactly what needed to be done and that I hadn't missed anything, which is easy to do on such a big project.

On moving day the Team were punctual, very knowledgeable about how to best move the larger items and very professional. Even though the weather wasn't great on moving day they were careful to place covers etc and left no trace that they had been in either property.

Fairplay they took all the stress out of the move and I Will definitely recommend to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!!

Used A to Z removals in Caldicot to move from our house in Cardiff. This was the first time we have used a removal company and opted for the complete packing service. A to Z were by far the nicest (and best price) by far having had 4 other quotes (one of whom even chased us up a week after moving home!). I cannot speak highly enough of A to Z, they arrived on time, spent all day packing everything carefully and all our goods arrived at our destination without any damage to neither possessions or property. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be using them again.
