Paid my money and not heard from the company since.

The person on the phone was very helpful. I explained what was the problem with my aga box container and she knew exactly what I meant and told me I needed a certain item and she gave me the price and explain to me. Hi to order it online and it will be with me within 7 to 10 days it arrived early very pleased.

Straight forward and lots of information.

We researched online and came across the Asgard products where we read some very favorable reviews. We placed an online order for a Flexistore 1511 and received immediate confirmation followed by regular updates regarding its supply and delivery which was admittedly quite protracted but at least we knew from the moment of placing the order the anticipated timeframe so in that respect we appreciated the upfront information. We chose the additional erection service and we took delivery early this morning for which we received several prior communications giving advice of ETA. The shed was installed in our preferred position within approximately two hours and we were extremely pleased with the entire operation which was undertaken by professional and experienced personnel. The product is of faultless quality – being robust, totally secure and with a quality powder coated finish. We also purchased the additional base which has adjustable feet and allows for the shed to be made perfectly horizontal. All in all – this is a superb shed of faultless quality and a credit to a British company.

I only ordered some levelling shims and once I mentioned I needed them quite quickly they were delivered rapidly.

Plus there was a great option of mixing various sizes and all at a very reasonable price.

Very well made steel sheds, easy to assemble with two people. Though the lead time was longer than expected it was worth the wait, the communication along the way was clear and accurate. The delivery driver was great and handled the off loading carefully.

Brilliant service throughout kept me in the loop the whole time with each stage of the delivery. Prompt delivery and driver who unloaded it all was great. It all needed to go round the back of my property and he was very helpful with this.

A 2 month waiting time... arrived in bits and dumped on the lawn by the delivery guys, and then when i tried to assemble i discovered the threads of the nuts and bolts had been sprayed over with paint and needed to be tapped out before I could assemble Very poor - My order number was 335866

From the moment we entered the premises we were aware of the cheerfulness and politeness of the staff. Tracy was extremely knowledgeable about the products and ordering process. We are grateful for her advice on the ordering and delivery process. An excellent quality British Yorkshire made product.

Good information and sample photos of all the range, including dimensions diagrams (essential for me).
Lead times are well posted, so no surprises on that (mine estimated at 6 weeks).
Can't comment on assembly as yet, but the purchase system was smooth and trouble free.

The point of purchasing was easy and there were no issues, however the proof of my overall experience will be on delivery and installation and as the delivery of my shed isn't until the 19th of October 2026 depending on how that goes my experience may change

Seen a few on my travels through UK and quality really good.

ordering fine however no confirmation email or idea of when delivery will be - quick to send a customer service questionnaire but nothing about my actual order which at this price is poor

Tracey in sales was excellent. She responded quickly to emails and nothing was too much trouble. Rather than try to up-sell, she gave honest advice and, having seen photos of the paved area where I wanted to site the bike storage shed that I wanted to buy, suggested that I might not have to spend extra getting a support base.

I now look forward to the delivery and installation of the bike shed in a couple of months' time and hopefully that experience will be just as good.
