This person is fraud, gave me 60% discount on oven.
And than send me only heating element which is only worth 10£ delivered.
He charged me 25£.
Now when questioned he said, all mentioned in sale agreement, I asked him show me, where did u wrote u selling only heating element.
Than start he fobing about, this is my price for heating element, now ebay is involved. Stay well clear of this CON artists!!!!

Ordered goods online on 15/02/19.Ignored my e-mails and never returned my calls. In the end the phone was always engaged, as if it had been unplugged. Ending up contacting my credit card company to get a refund. Absolutely no customer service. Do not buy from here.

Purchased on 19/02/19, still waiting delivery.Have had 7 emails being ignored, 3 phone calls with false promises and still no sign of my purchases - complete waste of time

DIABOLICAL SERVICE. I ordered a lawnmower on 03rd February which AGM posted as being in stock and duly paid the best part of £800. Enquired two times the following week by phone about delivery and was twice given dates that were not met. Tried to phone on 11th February but the line was permanently engaged. Followed up with an email and still have heard nothing and no mower. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Ordered an item on 27th July. Item showed as being in stock on website and delivery within 3 working days.. Didn't get acknowledgment or order until 1st August 5 days after my purchase.... Invoice stated delivery with 2 working days. 2 days passed by, Chased up several times and was given various excuses and a few different despatch dates. Still no item arrived and they were unable to provide the courier or tracking details of the item. I basically waited in for almost 2 weeks and still not item.. My little girl didn't get her birthday present on the day. After over 2 weeks I had had enough and cancelled the order....very very poor service.

Bought two lawnmowers from them over the last year (our first one was stolen), excellent customer service - they didn't have it immediately in stock for next day delivery but arranged to get it in that day and delivered on Saturday before 10am at no extra cost. Kept me informed with what was going on. The Hayter lawnmowers we have bought from them are also great top quality machines.

The price was excellent, & the Brill scarifier was delivered promptly the next working day as promised.
Unfortunately the scarifier was tripping out after 2 seconds, repeatedly, this seemed to be due to thermal overload switch operating, & certainly motor was getting warm for only a few seconds' operation.
Phone call to AGM was answered promptly, the problem accepted, & a replacement delivered the next working day, & the faulty unit collected.
Too damp to try the replacement unit out properly, but it looks & feels good, & the motor is running without a problem

I bought a branded lawnmower backed up by the manufacturer's warranty so would get little benefit from a local supplier if there was one nearby. AGM had by far the most competitive prices. They said next working day and it was a day late, no big deal. They sent a link to the courier (a day late) which did not work but said that they would address the problem which no doubt they will.

I ordered a McCulloch mower on line on a Thursday and paid for it immediately by Paypal.The ad said that mower would arrive within 5 working days ...and it did.
So why only a 3 star rating? Well I would have liked an order acknowledgement by e-mail and/or a shipping advice - I got neither until I chased it and got a confirmation of receipt of order and imminent delivery on the day that the mower arrived which was Monday ie 5 days after I had ordered. The mower is fine but the oil filler cap was not screwed down properly before it was boxed so there was oil all over the box and the mower - that was not AGM's fault but they do need to bring it to the attention of the manufacturer.

I have been shopping on the internet for years and have had a lot of experience with various firms / companies, but I have found AGM to be easily one of the best!.

Their customer service is excellent, delivery time ultra fast, their price is the best on the internet.They go the 'extra mile' to make sure that you the customer is completely satisfied, I have no hesitation in awarding them 5*, and highly recommending them to others.

Ordered a Sanli LSPR48 Lawnmower. Arrived 36 hours later so very speedy and efficient delivery. Only problem was it required the handles, which were in 2 halves screwing together (with two sets of slightly different screws) and the throttle and rear roller drive cables were not connected. A small manual included but no instructions on how to do this and it required me to go on-line to look at pictures for advice.
Once done though the mower is excellent quality and superb value compared to other on-line shops. Recommended.

Bought a replacement chain for my Mac738 chainsaw. Cheaper than the rest. Not the manufacturer's part but not a substandard import either. Arrived in good time. Just the chain in an envelope. I liked that because I hate excessive packaging. The chain is destined for some heavy duty work on reclaimed roofing timbers. I expect a few nails on the way so a less expensive part is useful since I'll have to replace it quite soon. For now, it cuts like a knife through butter.

Bought a Brill scarifier / aerator. On offer £30 cheaper than anywhere else & free delivery. Arrived next morning. Excellent service 10/10.

Bought a hedgetrimmer attachment for my 'Tanaka' petrol strimmer.
This is my second online purchase from 'AGM' and as on the first occasion the item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Cannot
fault the company. Will certainly deal with them again.

Bought a Flymo 4 stroke mower - price was the best I could find for an in-stock machine on the day. One little criticism of their website is that it does not show stock status, however, I emailed and had a reply immediately confirming stock. Flymo arrived as promised and I was kept fully informed. Altogether, an excellent experience.

Wow - ordered online Sunday received on Tuesday and £20.00 cheaper than anywhere else.

The best price I could find online with free delivery. Ordered on Sunday night arrived 9.30 am Tuesday morning. Excellent!
