I bought a Dac/Amp advertised as damaged box with a £50 discount, it arrived next day and was as new. Excellent service and clearance section as genuine bargains.

Ordered an open box DAp on Sunday morning, arrived Tuesday lunchtime. Item as described, packaged well. Really pleased with the service. Thank you.

I have to say reading the one star reviews the authors are expecting perfection to, usually, an unreasonable level. Just as well complain the sun wasn't shining when item delivered. The item I ordered was 'damaged box'. Great value I thought. At the price it could have had no box. Slight delay as item advertised was black but they only had silver. They asked did I still want it. They gave me the option and I accepted. It arrived two days later. To be honest I've had full priced items in worst boxes. The item was perfect. I honestly couldn't fault this service. I admit there was a delay in initially but little in life is perfect and if we cause the problem it's very unfair to blame others for not taking up the slack or for things like delivery outside of their hands. This item was actually left with a neighbour but I hadn't been told by delivery company or my tracking link updated. I told APL who had the information and I collected it all with the hour, this really was the fault of the delivery service, APL helped quickly. I trust this company and welcome their processes. Top marks so far.

Super fast delivery and item was in incredible condition! Item was on clearance as 'box damaged', but the box was barely damaged and the item was in MINT condition. Would buy from them again 100%!

Ordered a FIIO K11 R2R from clearance, i was expecting some more damage for its reduced price however it arrived fast and basically brand new with only the outside packaging being a bit dented, highly recommend

Fantastic company that has been around for decades. I first used Advanced MP3 back around 2005-2008 or so, to buy my iRiver players or a Cowon D2 - I can't recall which but they were my goto company alongside Ebuyer and Expansys.

Recently I have purchased a few clearance items - a FiiO K11 R2R and a FiiO FT1, which were dispatched fast and arrived very fast thanks to the Fedex couriers and essentially were as described in the clearance section.

I couldn't be more happier with my savings and as I expand my setup I will stick with them really because order processing and delivery is very quick.

I ordered a CD player from the clearance section advertised as Damaged Packaging (in brackets after the item description), it arrived very quickly (give them their due) and when i opened it the label said Box Opened. I asked to send it back because i prefer D.P rather than B.O only to be told i would have to pay for packaging and insured post as it was my fault and a change of mind. They did'nt seem to understand that B.O & D.P are two different things Damaged packaging is just that, goods inside as new, Box Opened meaning that goods are refurbished or returned or even repaired. So be careful when you order, read all the small print with Advanced Mp3.

Quick delivery even over holidays. Helpful, respectful and fast customer support. My device had fingerprints on it and no screen protector plastic, so I assume it was a return, but it works just fine and shows no damage. Wish this was disclosed prior.

Absolutely fantastic company, ordered an amplifier on Monday and it turned up on the Tuesday, brilliant communication throughout via email. The company has now been saved and I will 100% be using them again.

I didn't received order because Fedex did not attempt delivery so now item FiiO FA19 is being refunded. Advanced rang me and issued a refund so will order again from Advanced MP3 using a different delivery service. Thanks to Advanced for calling on phone.

Super efficient company, received my order of a Jade Audio JA11 DAC the next day, great price. Highly recommended. Love the device, can't believe how much oomph it has for such a tiny thing.

I bought some used fiio in ears from these guys. They were sold as box opened but unfortunately the cable was defective. I was worried about having to send them back and messing around with postage etc. But after one phonecall Linda was so helpful and they just sent me another cable out free of charge, almost immediately. They now work perfectly. Excellent service and will definitely be using this company again. 👍
