Extremely disappointed with A1 Travels. The bus did not stop at the designated pickup point mentioned during the booking; instead, they stopped more than 100 meters away. When I questioned this, the crew was rude and argued with me, asking where I was and falsely claiming the bus had waited at the exact location. I was waiting right at the specified spot the entire time and literally saw the bus drive past without stopping. Terrible customer service, highly unprofessional behavior, and zero accountability. Definitely not recommending them.

I am extremely disappointed with this bus service very bad experience😭
The Bus body parts vibration sound irritating can't sleep .Due to the water leakage in the AC we were not able to sit. Not prefering the travels for long travel Very bad service. Dont ❌❌❌use this travels.

Its a worst experience. I traveled from bangalore to kerala on the A1 bus and the experience was too worst. The seats are not cleaned and there were lots of mites and insects and mostly everyone got itching and allergy. And for the first 3 hours they took everyone in an another bus(That bus was not properly cleaned and its an completely sitter bus).Then what is the purpose of booking sleeper and semisleeper seats?
And when we asked regarding this thing the driver (who was drived the bus for first 3 hours)was not at all explaining anything clearly and he was shouting over the passengers.
Basic cleanliness and proper maintenance is neccessary for a long distance bus journey. This is the first time we are facing very disappointing experience from A1 travels.

Extremely disappointing experience
I traveled from Mys to Trivandrum on the A1 bus, and the experience was honestly terrible The seats were not properly cleaned, and there were a lot of mites/insects in the seats, which made the journey extremely uncomfortable.
On top of that, the bus clearly hadn’t been properly serviced, and it eventually broke down during the journey We had to waste 2 hrs because of the breakdown
Basic cleanliness and proper maintenance should be a minimum for a long-distance bus service Very disappointing experience and definitely something the management needs to look into

I would like to bring to your notice my disappointing experience with A1 Travels. I had booked a bus from Ernakulam to Coimbatore on 17.05.2026 scheduled for 01:15 AM. Unfortunately, the bus arrived only at 02:30 AM without any prior intimation regarding the delay to the passengers.

The most disappointing aspect was the complete lack of customer support and communication, which creates serious dissatisfaction and discourages passengers from choosing this travel service again.
Firstly, the contact numbers provided through WhatsApp were mostly switched off, except for the driver’s number. Although the driver’s phone was ringing, nobody was willing to answer the calls. Secondly, the chatbot link provided was not working. Thirdly, there was no live tracking facility available for the bus.

Moreover, the amenities promised by A1 Travels, such as bedsheets and charging points, were in poor condition. The bedsheet had a very unpleasant odour, and the charging point was not functioning at all. Even after repeatedly trying to contact the support team, nobody attended to the issues inside the bus.

After reaching the destination and struggling throughout the journey, I asked the driver about the charging port issue since mobile connectivity is extremely important, especially for someone new to Tamil Nadu and dependent on maps and tracking services. Shockingly, the driver replied that the charging port had not been working for the past few weeks.

This was my overall experience while travelling with A1 Travels. On behalf of fellow passengers, I feel responsible for sharing this experience with my colleagues, friends, and family so that they can think twice before opting for A1 Travels in the future.

I sincerely hope no other passenger has to face such an unpleasant experience in the future. Please be cautious while choosing A1 Travels for your journey.

A basic facility of mobile charging is not working.. MANAGEMENT doesn't bothers

They dropped me off on the way and said it was a bus mistake.

Didnt call when the bus departed. Office behaviour was very rude and aggressive

I would like to register a strong complaint regarding my recent bus travel boarding issue, which caused me significant personal stress and last-minute inconvenience.

As I stay nearly 50 km away from the regular boarding point at Salem Kondalampatti, I requested the driver to allow me to board at Mettupatti Toll Plaza, which is the nearest and most convenient boarding hub for passengers from Vazhapadi and Attur. In fact, this is my usual boarding point for Chennai travel with most operators. Even last week, I travelled on the same A1 bus service and was picked up at Mettupatti Toll Plaza without any issue.

However, today’s driver (+91 86106 36085) refused to pick me up at Mettupatti Toll Plaza and forcefully insisted that I must come to Salem Kondalampatti, otherwise no pickup would be provided. This was informed to me only at 10:15 PM, leaving me with no proper choice. I was forced to urgently arrange a taxi, travel more than 50 km, and rush to Salem just to avoid missing my journey.

After reaching Salem and boarding the bus calmly, I was surprised to see that several other passengers were picked up at Mettupatti Toll Plaza itself. This clearly proves that my request was valid and could have been accommodated. Because of this unnecessary refusal, I had to travel over 100 km up and down, wasting both money and valuable time.

What made the situation worse was that when I reported this issue to the head office number, the concerned person neither understood my concern nor responded responsibly. It felt as though this inconvenience was created intentionally.

I have been travelling on this route for more than 20 years, and never have I faced such unreasonable and disrespectful treatment from any operator. This kind of behavior is highly unacceptable and should not happen to regular passengers.

I request immediate attention to this complaint and proper action to ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future.

Worst service provider name is A1 , parcel service is very very poor , especially Kerala , kollam town branch staff behaviour, the staff definitely close this firm

It was the the worst bus travel ever in my life. I was scared to even closs my eyes for a second let along sleep. The ride was a complete disaster. The driver was very careless. Not driving for the comfort of the passenger but just wants complete the trip. I will not choose this bus even if they give me a free ride or even pay me for riding on it. Please do not book this unless you have a death wish🙏🏻

Not even worthful to give atleast 1 star. Very worst travels in my life ever. We booked back seat and it was horrible already. So we asked for a seat which is vacant. But they didn't allowed us. That's fine. We were sleeping and in the mid of night they put sudden break, dont know weather they slept while driving or not. Me and my kid flied and we got hit from above and then came back. It was a big hit for us. We thought we went through an accident. But this was only happened for back seaters. When we complained to them they didn't mind and we asked for a tea to get free from that shock. Bcz we were feeling to vomit after that big hit. They didn't stopped. Very very sad travels. Never ever suggested
