All your cards are special and beautiful

I love the ease of looking for and sending cards. I am a little disappointed in the selection, like when I am looking for a card to send to a man. Many of the cards are too cutesy or lovey for me. I would like to have some more neutral options. Thank you for a great site.

Simple to use

Very little choice in the pictures and sometimes it blocks it to the recipient.

Knowing I can still use your greeting cards without being charged. I love this service! Thank you for letting me know what happened with getting charged!

The only reason that I have "given" 123greetings. .com only four (4) stars:

1) there has been a few times this year when
I have sent -- via 123greetings.com --
either an e-Birthday and/or an e-Anniver-
sary card(s) and there has been no confir-
mation from this office, on the day speci-
fic day the e-card is being written & high-
lighting the word "submit," of 'seeing' in
my e-mail inbox of the date that I wish to
to be sent

and

2) when I have tried to contact 123greetings,
requesting their contacting me, with ei-
ther my e-mail or my telephone contact,
there has been any response in return.

Great selection of cards,new update emails a great improvement!

Can send cards fairly easy but lot better without all ads pop up every few seconds

first the Receiver eMail was blocked (we could find no reason). then later, it seems like the eCard went into the queue for sending. then, it didn't get sent. I see. message: "Sender eMail Bounced"

The quick response to my enquiry which was sorted very quickly.
Friendly helpful staff. Recommend this site.

I've been sending and receiving e-cards via this company for years and I've always had a great experience. I recently had to query something and their customer service was excellent too. I would highly recommend them.

I mistakenly blocked this site and they helped me unblock it, which was really nice. Love the cards.

I canceled daily emails and I'm still getting them

Thank you for your help and getting me streightened out on my big mistake of using the wrong company. I used 123Cards instead of 123Greetings.com. I will be making sure I use the right company from now on.

Hi problem with logging in resolved thanks i do get publicity keep cropping up when trying to select a card which is annoying my daughter has stopped using you because of this otherwise it is a good site

123 greetings charged me a fee of $69.95 without authorisation from me or without me providing my credit card details so how did they manage to scam those and charge me. The card sending is great but now people beware!!! I have sent an email asking for an explanation and a refund but no reply. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!
I had already checked my bank statement, that’s how I discovered the charge to 123Greetings!!! It’s clear with this amount!! If this is not you then maybe you need to investigate further as I am doing??!!!
