Got my air conditioning recharged at the Braintree branch. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. I also needed tyres and Tyre Pros unfortunately could not offer the best price in the area (the cheaper fitter I eventually used had awful customer service). I would recommend Tyre Pros in Braintree.

Highly recommend, very good service , same day, great price, staff went above n beyond to help. Very pleased .

went to tyre pros chester this morning with my fiesta for a went to tyre pros this morning with my fiesta for a puncture & to possibly fit 4 wheels to my car that I had bought, the man who come to the counter said they didn't fit other wheels and to be honest I found him arsey, it was 8 o'clock in the morning & when I walked in I had already heard him say to a colleague that "its not 8 o'clock yet & I still have 2 minutes to do these emails" but I just found him arsey, rude and abrupt. Today I went in for a wheel alignment on my Audi Q7. I cannot speak highly enough of Colin. He used the bubble spirit level to get the steering wheel 100% level. They say the Hunter system is only as good as its operator. Colin is superb and has done a superb job. Car drives perfect. I cannot recommend them enough. BRILLIANT !!!!

Had 2 new tyres fitted today in the Chester branch. Kieran gave brilliant advice, communicated clearly,matched the tyres I have on the front and recommended additional insurance but no high sales pressure. This is the second car I have taken to Kieran and as a female driver I can highly recommend and I personally would not use anywhere else. The premises are clean , all the staff polite and prices very competitive.

Booked in to chesham branch to get a puncture repair
Had a screw in the middle of the flat tred part of the tyre
Phoned me saying there engineer had looked at it and it's to close to the side wall to repair and I will need a new tyre. I just collected the car without any work being done and took it somewhere else and got it repaired no problem, the guy told me under half an inch can't be repaired
Tried to rip me off
Avoid them .

I rang your Halifax branch on 01422 350919 on 9 July 2026 to request a quote for brake replacement work on my Ford Transit Custom. At the time, your staff confirmed they would arrange for someone to call me back with a price for the job. To date, I have received no contact, no quote, and no update whatsoever regarding my request.
This has happened twice in 2 years once on my BMW 3 series.

Did a really decent job - managed to fit me in at really short notice and very reasonable prices.

My Experience At Tyres Pros Gillingham Was 💯 Satisfactory.

Pat ( the gentleman) who attended to me, was patient and went over and above to ensure my queries were met.

A big shout out to the guy who did my alignment and wheel balancing, I’m not sure of his name but he’s just returned from a holiday from Malta I think!

He gave me a quote and worked around ensuring I got the right deal for the tyres, as well as the option of flexibility in repayments.

I drove off feeling absolutely secured with my new tyres.

Excellent service like usual.

Even though the branch is a good distance from my home, I refuse to go to the closer Kwik Fit clinics because the incredible service I’ve received from Fyn today is nothing short of exceptional—it's truly outstanding!

I've never met anyone who is as genuine, professional, and courteous as he is. His demeanor and dedication have left a lasting impression on me—he embodies what excellent customer service should be.

So good - I had a flat tyre and needed it fixing asap. Went in first thing and Elvis and Jaye at the Maidstone brance were excellent. From walking in they were lovely. So helpful, and sorted it out straight away. Very professional. They explained everything and my options and it was done promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always go back - highly recommend

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!

My 75-year-old grandad took his car here with a flat tyre, as he has done for many years and trusted them completely. He had a spare alloy wheel in the boot, which we know was there because my grandma checked it just two days beforehand.

After having two tyres replaced and returning home, he discovered that his SPARE alloy wheel had been replaced with a much cheaper steel wheel. When he went back to question this, they claimed they had taken a photo and denied any wrongdoing. Taking a photo proves nothing when a wheel can easily be swapped beforehand.

To make matters worse, they charged him an excessive amount for the work. After hearing exactly what happened, it is difficult not to feel that an elderly customer has been taken advantage of.

Having since read other reviews raising similar concerns, we feel compelled to warn others. This matter has now been reported to the police, and we will be encouraging friends, family, and anyone in the Halifax area to avoid this business.

Please think twice before trusting this garage with your vehicle.

I can’t thank Geoff and the team at STS Tyre Pros Royston enough. I came in with a puncture and was feeling really worried, especially as I had my dog with me in the car. Even though they were on their lunch break, Geoff was incredibly kind, reassuring and happy to help.

They fitted a new tyre quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. One of the team even moved my car forward out of the rain so that my dog and I could get back in comfortably.

The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s rare to come across such genuine kindness and willingness to help. A huge thank you to Geoff and the whole team – I would highly recommend STS Tyre Pros Royston to anyone.

Popped in on Friday to Milton Keynes branch with a punctured wheel. Was served politely and professionally by staff who replaced the tyre with 15mins. Very impressed with service. Will use again.

Tyre Pros Strood supplied and fitted two Pirelli P Zeros on the same day. These aren’t easy to find but they turned it round in just a few hours. They knew what they were doing as my car is very low and awkward to lift. Friendly efficient people who know their stuff. Definitely be back when I need new fronts.
