As of October 2020: I would really hesitate to believe any of the positive reviews on this forum/site. My experience exactly echoes every other one star review left here. There is absolutely no way to contact this company with your dispute. Their email form kicks you back with some nonsense excuse. Their telephone number is disconnected. There is no way to contact Toy Dorks. Essentially I got ripped off for 70$. It is completely possible this is a scam and it's working great for someone. Stick with companies you know. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There are plenty of great companies out there selling new and vintage toys RELIABLY. Don't waste your time or money with Toy Dorks...their motto: Giving Dorks A Bad Name Since The Turn Of The Century.

TERRIBLE! I ordered some 25th Anniversary G.I. Joe figures about a month or two ago & was charged, but have not received my purchase & have had no confirmation email or anything despite my card being charged! Once again, their phone line is busy...you can't email them because it doesn't go through when you submit it (says you have to go back & fix something). No professionalism whatsoever. I probably will not see my purchase. The Better Business Bereau should be notified.

Placed an order for DC Universe Series 17 (which clearly states is in stock). Said it would ship in 5-7 days. Nothing has shipped. I've received no notification, no follow-up email, nothing. The Contact Us form does not work and their "phone number" is busy every time I call. Right now, this place screams "scam site". Order confirmation also provides no information on how to contact them.

Absolutely can’t get a hold of anyone from this place by phone or email. Not sure if I will ever get what I purchased.

I have started getting my toybiz marvel legends from gary, they are in excellent conditon. Packaging is great and i am having fun with this series from toybiz. Gary communicates with you and stays on top of things. Thank you and see you later.

Old school toy shop, one of the best online and able to service my needs. Great selection for classic toys. I can't find the most recent stuff but there are some hard to find items 10 years ago that they have (all previous movie maniacs products). Glad to found as they are priced reasonable for the market value.

Needless to say much of the negative reviews hold water as I had a very similar experience where there was a lack of communication and they were out of stock of the items that were listed as available on their site. I made a purchase and immediately receive the receipt for the charged to my card but weeks later never got any other communication despite my emails and persistent phone calls that I left voicemails with. Almost a month had passed and I had heard nothing and have seen nothing and had to take a dispute up with my credit card company. It's clearly evident that whoever runs this business has something else going on because their site is not a priority to them in any way whatsoever and I'm almost under the impression that this is a one-man show. Basically I would steer away from this site despite their very attractive display of product. You may end up wasting your time such as I did.

I was looking for hard to find toys for my son on his birthday. I found some very costly items but it was for my son. I was then contacted by their agent that it will take 2 weeks to receive which I agreed. It came as advertised and I have a happy kid. Will definitely come back for all my toy shopping needs

Im not big on collecting but I do like to collect some of the older stuff that were built and looked better (Marvel Legends, Spawn, etc). toyDorks seem to be the only one that still carries them at a reasonable price. I placed an order and then I got an email confirmation. I then got an agent telling me that the order will be shipped out within a week and asked if that was ok. I said no problem since Im not in a hurry. Within 6-7 days, I got several tracking numbers as it was multiple boxes. within 2 weeks I got my full order. CS was very informative, on point, and courteous. I have recommended several friends to pick up a few items and they are also happy with their purchase. One thing for hardcore collectors, they did warn me that the product have shelfwear (obviously since it is out of print) so expect minor imperfection. I agree and I'm fine with that.

Toys have had a special place in my heart and life since I was young. I still remember the feeling of anticipation leading up to a brand new toy. Walking through a toy store was the pinnacle of my childhood. Well, I'm happy to say that many years later Toydorks has brought out a lot of those same feelings in me. The big name stores don't showcase their toys properly. The selection is vast, the prices are fair, and the site loads fast. What more can you ask for when you're diligently browsing for that new figurine to add to your collection?

The collection left me speechless. Mostly the star wars, marvel & mcfarlane toys were amazing! They had a huge toy collection. I must thank them for their prompt customer service. I got my toys delivered in 23 days, exactly on their estimated day. Great store for toys!!

I had a wonderful experience with Toydorks. I was amazed to see their collection of toys, they had large selection of toys. I bought some from them for my kids. They loved the toys. Overall the store is nice and reliable with great customer service. I will definitely be a repeat client.

I'm not the best with this online shopping, usually I have my kids help but this was a gift for them so when I called the store they took me step by step on the process of purchasing the toys. Very helpful and friendly with a great selection on the toys. I received my package a few weeks after. =)

Same as I'd heard. Nice Web-site, lots of items, after ordering and being charged(quickly) I waited a little over a week, E-mailed THEM about order status, twice. Three or four days past, and I got notification that the item was out of stock. In a few days the item was available/in stock again, but for 40% more than was originally listed.

I have ordered from them on 2 different occasions for a total of 3 figures. Both times I ordered figures that on the website says they were in stock and i get a confirmation email of my order. I check back a couple days later and the items I bought are sold out. They kept my order pending for 7 days. Thankfully they refunded my money but they have poor customer service. Never notified me that they never had the items in stock and when they finally replied to my emails they never apologized for the mistake on they're part.

Ordered some toys and got my delivery within 3 weeks. The toys are the bees knees - and had no problems with the company along the way. Toys were in mint condition like they were new even though they have been out of the market for a while. Great site to shop at and will be using them again!

I was looking for a doll for my little girl for her birthday and came across the toydorks website where the set was £5 cheaper than other sites and had it in stock. I was very glad that i chose this site as i have received an excellent service. I received an email straight after i had placed my order advising me the items were in stock and details of their dispatch policy. As i ordered after noon my items were due to be dispatched the following day. The next day, i received an email and a text message advising my order would be dispatched and details of the courier and delivery date.

The parcels were well wrapped and items in perfect condition, although a bag of silica gel had burst in the box so we had to empty it out, but that is not really anyone's fault.

I wanted to leave a good review for this company so others could find it if they were considering using them.
