I've ordered tools from Toolnut for over a year now. They are my go to shop for premium quality tools. They are excellent on pricing. I've never had to contact them. The service is great, items packaged really well and always sent out quickly. My only 'gripe' is that I'll eventually have to shop elsewhere for some items they don't sell.

I was trying to track down a hex bit adapter for my trusty small Yankee Screwdriver. My usual go to would be eBay (only available from the USA and prohibitively expensive) or Amazon (£22, way more expensive than the larger sized ones).
I found Toolnut and even with the delivery charge it was almost half the price of Amazon. I wasn't in a rush, so I ordered it, expecting to get it in a week or so. It was Friday afternoon when I ordered and it arrived on Saturday morning!
