I'm a councillor working on behalf of a resident who was supposed to get his tax refund in November. Many emails and phone calls get no result. I have reported to the police (Actionfraud) for potential fraud and am helping my resident to claim through the small claims court. I have also alerted HMRC to poor practice or perhaps worse but they are not in the least interested in the behaviour of a company they seem to endorse. Disgraceful.
Is it a coincidence that 3 of the 4 people who like TaxDay also all like Compressyourself and Tapcentre? Quite a coincidence :)

I can't believe this 'company' still operates. They are absolutely unprofessional & dodgy. I was supposed to receive my tax back in July 2017, but until today I have not received a penny. I tried to e-mail and I called them a few times, but there was always a receptionist saying that somebody will call back. Im wondering if anybody ever sued the company, because I surely will.

Stolen my hard earned 3400 pound.

The worst Tax Agency, that’s too in UK, I have seen ever. Inspite of my tax amount £3403.40 has been refunded from HRMC to taxday account, they have not yet credited it to my account and have stolen the entire amount. It has been 10 months since I filed my tax return with them and more than 2 months since HRMC credited my tax return amount to them. These people are not at all professional to receive any calls nor do they respond to any emails.
This happened with my other colleagues also, we have logged complains through our company to HMRC against this fraud Tax agency. It has been advised by our company to all the employees not to submit any Tax return through this company. I would suggest, please do not believe this fraud agency.

Dodgy company. The worst tax company I've ever dealt with. It's been a little over 2 months now and I'm still waiting for my money. Can't get hold of any one at the office. No one picking my phone calls or replying to my emails. SCAM!!!! they stole 497£ that I was supposed to get from HMRC.

Never got my tax refund back. I left the country for more than 5 months now and never received my money. I tried to email and call a million times but in vain. No answer from them. very unprofessional. Received my P800 from HRMC ages ago. I was supposed to get 700£ in tax refund.

I found taxday.co.uk on Google and through a very simple and helpful process, they helped me claim £1200 back. I have now booked myself a little trip away for me and the missus and will enjoy that money.

I recently left my job to travel with my girlfriend and due to the PAYE and NI charges that I'd paid out I had overpaid. I have been reimbursed this and refunded back to my account with the help of taxday

As I'm a CIS worker I applied for a Tax Refund from TaxDay.co.uk. The offered a fast service with a maximum refund (£2.7K). Extremely impressed and using again next year.
