Please don't order with this company. Placed an order weeks ago, never received it. After attempting to contact them through numerous channels over the last week I still haven't heard from them. Nor have they refunded me as requested. Fraudulent owner or severe severe incompetence. I'm not sure which!!!

Order placed on 16th April 2018, for delivery within 3-5 business days. I have not received the order, I have received no response to my email and when I tried to call the two numbers provided it simply states that the mailbox is full. I am extremely disappointed. I have contacted my bank to claim for goods not received.

****edit, thankfully within 24 hours of contacting my bank they got my money back!
VERY unimpressed! I ordered on the 25th April as you advise 3-5 days for delivery. I haven’t received my order, your mail box like others have written is full and as of yet you haven’t replied to my emails. I used you once previously with no problems but on this urgent occasion I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve contacted my bank as this is classed as a count of fraud, taking money but not delivering. Please contact me urgently as I’m obviously unable to contact you.

Made a sizable order on the 16 April 2018 for an event which is fast approaching which has yet to be delivered.

I have attempted to contact them via email ising their online web form and i have tried calling them various times with no response.

I have ordered previously from them earlier this Year which was fulfilled although 1 item was missing and never was delivered. Should have seen the warning signed. Upon giving a second chance this happens!!?
Has anybody been able to contact them??

Placed an order for £42. £5 delivery guaranteed 2 to 5 days. Money left account next day. Still no sweets, no email, no contact at all. Phoned a dozen times which always diverts to a full voicemail box. Obviously nobody takes calls or checks emails. The only thing they do is take the cash.
IT STINKS.

I placed a rather large order which 10 days later hasn't appeared (with a 3-5 day delivery slot paid for). I have tried phoning, email and the contact form on the website and not having any replies. These items were for a charity event with each of the 260 guests receiving a small gift. VERY disappointing and to date I am left wondering whether i will ever receive the items or indeed, ever see my money again? Wish i read these reviews before ordering as i am now very disappointing.

Awful awful order service. Orders have been missing parts a few times. Waited 10 days for email.response and another 10 days for refund. So I gave them another chance and this time my.order didnt come. Rang today and yet again things were out of stock. Thankfully been offered a full refund. But will never use this website again. Show things as out of stock if ther are!!

Called David with a quick enquiry regarding some sweets which ended with him completely arranging our request! Took delivery a few days later and it looks marvellous. Personalised label was a great touch too. Thanks for everything....excellent service.

Sweets were delicious would definitely buy from again and recommend.

Still waiting for my order, it was supposed to be delivered a week ago and their number doesn't even work and they aren't responding to my emails! Getting my money back for fraud from my bank thank God.

Ordered items for our staff Christmas party and the order came within two days of the order being placed. Courier sent a text on day of the delivery with a time window and the deliver was precise and on time. Goods were well packed and in excellent condition. Looking forward to sampling these goods in the next couple of weeks. thanks for the great service and we'll be placing another order soon!

Whilst I was happy with the sweets, I was very disappointing with the poor customer service, or lack of it.
I placed 2 orders to go to 2 different offices. One arrived in 3 working days, however the other had not arrived in a week. I tried to contact them multiple times to ask for someone to call me regarding their mistake and only after 2 days I got an email to say it had already been delivered. I then had to point out this was only 1 of my orders and I had placed 2. Then about 5 hours later I got a text from the courier to say they would be delivered the next day with no apology, call or anything.
Very poor customer service.

Made a large order as my usual supplier let me down at the last minute.

Placed order on Monday night and received two days later after email and letting them know I need the order urgently. Recived a text from the courier company the night before with a delivery window so I knew about what time the order would be with me.

Will defiently order again as the stock was fresh, with over 18 months date. Well packaged and swift, fast, delivery.

They have the cheapest price that I could find but the sweets where packed in to a box that was too small. Because of how crammed in they were the container the sweets were in has split and the sweets aren't fresh, they taste stale. I wouldn't recommend this company, would rather pay a little extra and get well packed sweets as I expect them. By trying to save a bit of money it has cost more to get what I actually wanted.

i've purchased twice from the website in recent months and the services has been excellent. the tastiest sweets and fast delivery. After talking to the owner I understand that the site has been recently recently taken over. Therefore any issues like Adam Q's shouldn't happen again

I had a very different experience to the other two reviewers below. I ordered several kg of cholate candy cones and received the order by overnight delivery three working days later. I can only say that I received excellent service.

This appears to be a one-man-band company, and the man in particular is not a very pleasant or clued up chap! He fails to respond to emails and answer his telephone.

It took 14 solid days of emailing, calling and finally credit card chargebacks to get hold of him. The prices are cheap but I will be buying elsewhere due to the shocking lack of customer service.
