Don’t bother buying from this place online (I’m sure they are great if there in person). Ordered a car seat 2 weeks ago, email said dispatch in 5-7 days. Heard nothing, called them multiple times (no answer), sent them multiple emails to ask about it (no answer to any of them either).

Not sure why they bother offering online shopping to be honest.

Had to order the seat from somewhere else and claim for a refund via my credit card company as they won’t respond to any contact so got no chance they will cancel/refund my order.

Avoid them for online shopping

Awful service. We bought a seat that was supposed to be new but was delivered to us broken and scratched. No response to emails and nobody answers the phone. Scroll down - you'll see we aren't the only ones. Hopefully this review will get their attention!

Great communication, fast delivery and great product

Excellent service. Ordered city mini from here as best price and also included rain cover. There was a delay with my order because of supply staff self isolating and Jon from pushchairs drive himself to pick my delivery up from the supplier. Buggy is great and free rain cover came too!

Couldn't be happier. Found the joie I-spin 360 at a cracking price. Placed my order and after a short delay due to increased orders and stock levels (not surprised this was the case at the great price) the car seat arrived and it's brilliant. Great customer service, really pleased - thanks Jon

Good communication. Excellent pushchair (baby jogger tour 2 double, lightweight, easy to push, easy to fold and folds up small for a double, fits through my front door with ease! Hands down best twin pram I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a fair few!!), took a little longer to arrive (only 8 days) as came directly from the supplier so not the company’s fault and due to extra demand during Covid-19 pandemic. However Jon kept me fully informed of what was going on, as far as he could. The cheapest place I found and on top of that they offer Twin Trust discount which helps so much when you have multiples to pay for! Thank you. Would definitely order from again, highly recommend.

Found this company online, the price for the pushchair I got from them was less expensive than everywhere else plus they offered a free raincover with the pushchair. What not to like.
Called them first to make sure it is in stock, John said that it would be delivered on Wednesday (3rd working day). Paid by PayPal for the peace of mind.
The pushchair and the free gift were delivered by DPD on Wednesday as promised.

Purchase was fine, albeit with a delay in shipping due to availability of a very popular product. But in trying to follow up on warranty query, no response to several emails (check your email/spam box??!!), and phone calls not answered.

We have bought a number of car seats and pushchairs from John at Pushchairs and Car seats. We have had great service every time! John is so knowledgeable and very happy to give you an honest opinion, which I really value. He has been on hand with any issues or questions following the purchases and always happy to help! I bought a baby car seat from this company via their website. The girl I'd spoken to via e-mail was quite helpful, confirming once they'd taken delivery of the seat I wanted so I could easily check out with PayPal. Seat arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Buoyed by this experience, I decided to buy the next stage seat from the same company. Spoke to another girl via e-mail, arranged to come and have the seat fitted. Found the showroom easy enough - decided to wait (it was unstaffed) despite having misgivings (it's only the size of my lounge, and located in the basement of a barn). When some man eventually came down, he turned his whole attention to the only other customer there - to the extent of almost hitting me at one point, by swinging a car seat he was demonstrating to her (I was looking at something nearby and had my back to him.) I waited for nearly half an hour, checking out the different car seats by myself, and he not once acknowledged my presence. I'd like to think it's simply because he wasn't a salesman. However, Pushchairs And Car Seats is not the only place in this country to buy car seats, so I absolutely won't be using them again!
