We appreciate that everyone has different expectations when it comes to the look and feel of leather. All of our bags are made from genuine leather, and the style you ordered is intentionally crafted from a softer, lightweight leather rather than a thick, rigid finish.

We're also sorry to hear you felt the delivery took too long. We can see that your order was placed on 1st June and delivered via Royal Mail on 5th June, which was within our estimated delivery timeframe.

We take all customer feedback seriously, and while we're sorry this bag wasn't the right choice for you, we do want to reassure you that our reviews are from genuine customers who have purchased from us.

We can reassure you that the bag is made from genuine leather. While some leather goods feature the leather hide symbol, this isn't a legal requirement, and not all manufacturers choose to include it on their products. That said, most of our bags do have a genuine leather label stitched inside the lining, so it may be worth having another look inside your bag.

We're sorry to hear that the Kiana Phone Bag wasn't as you expected. The branding and colour can vary slightly between production batches and may also appear different depending on lighting and screen settings, but we're sorry it didn't meet your expectations.

We should also mention that we have had two different variations of the Pure Luxuries London logo used over time, which may explain the difference you noticed regarding the front branding.

This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. An upside-down logo and a faulty or stiff front zip are both unacceptable, and we completely understand your frustration, especially after requesting a quality check on the replacement.

Thank you for your review; however it appears that this is for a different company than ours. We do not sell shoes and specialise in leather bags, purses and wallets instead.

Our items are also dispatched and returned to a UK address and not China as stated in your review.

I hope the company in question can resolve this matter further.

We’re sorry to hear that the Nina bag didn’t meet your expectations. This particular style is designed as a soft, open-top tote, and is not intended to have a fastening closure. We do understand, however, that this may not suit everyone’s preferences.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the leather finish and appearance. As with all natural leather, slight variations in texture and markings can occur, but we’re sorry that you felt the overall quality did not reflect what you expected.

We’re pleased you were able to return the item via Next, and we’re grateful for you sharing your thoughts, which will be passed on to our product team for review.

If you would like help finding a style with a secure fastening, we do have a range of designs available that include zips and other closure options.
