Do not buy anything from these waste of space company. Bought a flywheel from then on ebay over 2 months ago and still got nothing. They don't send nothing out and give you a fake tracking number what don't work. They don't get back to you either when you messege them. Plenty of other companies to use what sends out your item. You have been warned

I ordered a 280x65-203 inner tube from them on Ebay. They sent me instead a 12 1/2 x 2 1/4 innertube, which is too big. 12 1/2 = 317mm as opposed to the 280mm which I want. I can't get the tyre on as the inner tube is too big. But they won't have it insisting it is OK and won't resolve the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

EVRi failed to deliver and after 10 days petrol scooter sent a replacement. After 13 days both parcels arrived together! Offered to pay for the duplicate but petrol scooter accepted it was Evris fault and did not take up my offer.
Excellent customer relationship. I will use again

Paid for next day delivery didn't arrive the next day. When I asked about a refund they stated it was UK mail and out of their control. Terrible customer service.

Terrible purchased red wheels paid for next day delivery didnt show up . When requested refund they blocked me on the platform purchased on and wont refund me . Dont trust this company

Ordered a suspension spring on Tuesday. Was told it would be here by Friday. It’s not arrived and Amazon have told me to wait until Wednesday. I needed that part on Friday (it’s Saturday now). Peterolscooters was recommended to me by a friend who is also a customer but in Coventry where you are based. Apparently you guys are the best at what you do so…

I’ll be going elsewhere in future for my parts as I’m not prepared to give any more money to be messed about by a delivery firm who just don’t get it - they are not keeping your promises. I could have walked to you and back from Chester quicker to pick it up. This is the first time I’ve ordered but I really don’t want it to be the last. Give me some good news please guys.

I bought 16 auction items seller petrol scooters said would not combine postage an charged me 44+ pounds for a 11pound evri 11kg parcel he combined them an charged me something stupid DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Thay ar ebay con artist ebay won't even give me the excess back

I paid for a wheelbarrow wheel on ebay. Petrolscooter sent me various emails saying it had been dispatched, it had been delivered etc. I finally contacted hermes (the carrier) who said they hadn't received the item. I raised a complaint with ebay. I rang petrolscooter after 10 days and spoke to a gentleman called Luke, who told me not to get shirty with him over the phone. Shortly after this I received a refund.

My item was ordered through OnBuy and never arrived. They don't help at all. If I'd seen other people's reviews I would never have ordered through them. My money has been wasted - it's a scam!

Ordered some flea spray from them through OnBuy, Evri left the parcel in a bin that was due to be emptied and so the parcel was lost, I tried contacting OnBuy first and was just taken round in circles by a chatbot, so called the actual seller from the number provided on the PayPal transaction, this turned out to be Petrol Scooter. When I explained what had happened the guy on the phone said I had to go through OnBuy, so I told him the chatbot at OnBuy could not help as it didn't understand the problem, he said it was not their problem and I had to go through OnBuy, well I have news for them, the matter has now been raised as a claim through PayPal

This is a terrible company to deal with. When you email them they occasionally reply, but it has nothing to do with the email questions you asked and they just respond saying, 'Sorry, we have been busy' and this is all for an item costing £6.45 that does not do what it said it would do. PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING. HAVE NAMED AND SHAMED THEM EVERYWHERE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO ON A DAILY BASIS

Ordered a replacement mobility scooter wheel via ebay, paid for faster shipping and it arrived the next day and was very high quality. Maybe they are turning things around!

This company is the biggest scammer on eBay. Take the money , give fake tracking details and never send the goods. Ignore all form of contact and won't respond to PayPal dispute . Take business elsewhere to avoid huge disappointment. No customer service whatsoever.

Ordered a part for my caravan which i needed for an holiday the following weekend. The company estimated 3 day delivery . One week later still no part . Had to purchase from local retailer. E-mailed numerous times , just kept sayong the part is with the courier awaiting delivery ! Contacted courier , said they haven't received it yet . Three weeks later still no part . Had to lodge a complaint through e-bay. AVOID these RIP OFF MERCHANTS @ all costs !

Ordered a part on 29/6/21 due for arrival 3/7/21, item still not delivered at the time of writing, thankfully Amazon stepped in and provided a full refund. Tracking number supplied but never rec'd by Hermes. Please avoid like the plague. Bloody useless

I am only giving Petrol Scooter a 1 Star as I cant leave zero stars

I ordered two parts from them and only one was delivered - Not Signed for
Many Many emails later they convince ebay to close the case by simply showing them tracking for the parcel that only contained one item not the two !!
Liars or Inept - You decide , I have - Be warned shop elsewhere !!

Failed delivery times blamed Hermes no assurance when delivery would be made. Do not advertise how good you are when you let customers down and show NO CONCERN. At time of writing item still not delived.
