Having searched the Internet for accesses/parts for a my Mazda 2, i noted the range on offer was a little better than those shown by the supplying dealer. Ordered some extras for my new Mazda 3. Good communications, order was delayed slightly, but due to one item being on back order from Mazda. However, they managed to source the part, so it meant I got everything in one go.
Kept up to date at all times and very clear phone message when items were despatched. Tracked via UPS and here within one day of being sent.

Ordered the mats at lunchtime and they arrived less than 24 hours later, which is far better (and cheaper!) than my Mazda dealer could manage.

I ordered a perspex wind deflector for a Mazda MX 5 and the service and help that I got was second to none. Would definitely buy from them again.

Although I love my new Mazda 3, the salesman at RRG Broughton Manchester branch promised to ring me the following day, and didn't, and when I rang concerned about a possible problem with warning lights, again Customer Service promised to ring me back, and didn't. Not good!

No problem with the service - arrived on time, well packaged and with notice of delivery. Bought boot cover for Mazda 6 estate, and despite ordering the correct model, it is not a good fit for the car. It doesn't even go right up to the edges, especially at the rear of the boot space. Very disappointed and will nowy have to order one from another supplier. Very little description and useless picture of this item on the site so I couldn't see this before ordering, and assumed that Mazda would make a mat that fitted perfectly.
