As someone new to Naked Wines, I’ve been really impressed by how easy and enjoyable it is to choose wine. It feels like a refreshing change from the confusion of supermarket shelves, endless promotions and merchandising tricks.

I particularly like being able to take my time, read about each wine and make simple, informed choices rather than feeling rushed into picking something because it happens to be on offer. It also gives me the chance to learn what I actually enjoy and keep track of the wines I’d happily purchase again.

For someone who enjoys wine but doesn’t pretend to be an expert, it makes the whole experience feel much more accessible, personal and straightforward.

At last, a wine experience where the only thing stripped bare is the confusion.

They have done everything they say they do. I have had a couple of bottles over the years that were undrinkable - to me at least - and NakedWines refunded me with no questions asked. For us they have been a completely transparent and legit company.

The delivery time was short and the delivery person was helpful and polite. I subscribed to quarterly deliveries and it is easy to skip a delivery. And the quality of wines is excellent, much better than another online wine merchant!

Everyone is very helpful and I appreciate that if you really don't care for a wine they will replace it. That's very unusual. And the shipment is always right on time with excellent wines. Prices are outstanding also

Love the wines and your product guarantees. Love being able to chat with the vintners. I don't like how hard it sometimes is to fill my box. I have placed in stock wine into my order, and when I complete my box, i find that its no longer available. Ugh.

I joined during Covid when my Gov. thought that wine was not necessary. It did not take me long to find my favorite wine makers and wines that I really love. I started out with their various collections to try different ones. Customers rate the wines, which is helpful when selecting. I joined as an angel and enjoy the discounts. I always order more than $200 and get free shipping by FedEx. Angels get one complementary wine each month, which is fun to get something new to try. The wine prices are good. The website makes it easy to filter and select wines. Shipping is quick.

I love that my monthly "donation" is enabling winemakers to experiment and not have to be commercially wildly successful, although they are definitely wildly spectacular for us Angel's! The wines are wonderful! I have my faves, but I also enjoy trying wines I probably would not have pulled off a shelf.
