Good eshop. Used them twice.

Looks like they are quite hit or miss this company. Helmet took over two weeks to arrive and then was the wrong size. Sent it back asking for a full refund and surprise surprise no responce for another two weeks. Phoned today and advised that a full refund will be provided in the next 3 days. I'll let you know if this happens otherwise its off to trading standards. Avoid the frustration and shop elsewhere.

I bought a Bell helmet from Myspokes.co.uk recently, not only did I get it at the cheapest price I could find, it arrived the next day and I didn't have to pay for postage. Would definitely recommend this site to others.

Long story short - after 3 weeks of waiting for a bike helmet. I gave up waiting and asked for a refund. Waste of time, i'll stick with Wiggle. They're only cheaper than other stores because they hae no stock.

First time i have used Myspokes and i was very pleased with the level of service and advice given, the staff are very experienced and helped me choose the right product. I will surely be using them again. Very pleased.

I had never heard of them before but after Googling Giro Monza helmet these guys were cheaper by some way. I decided to buy and i'm very glad I did, from ordering to delivery was 1.5 days (normal delivery rate, nothing added) and the product is perfect!

Having spent a fair while trawling the internet to find a decent well priced bike I stumbled across MySpokes.

I was able to find exactly what I wanted and paid less than I expected for what I got.

The service was fast, friendly and efficient and I would definitely use them again and recommended them to friends.

I chose Myspokes because of te value I was getting compared to other sites I had looked at, and after speaking to them on the phone I was really impressed, they were very enthusiastic, willing to help and offered some great advice to. I recently bought an Exposure Joystick and a Specialized Camber Expert through myspokes. They were by far the cheapest i could find anywhere in the uk for both products. It did seem a bit too good to be true but decided that at such a low price i would risk it despite previous feedback.

Delivered to me within 3 days of purchase just in time to rip around the trails on my new toy over the weekend! Couldn't quite believe it, will be buying from them again in the future.

I found the staff to be very helpful and their advice to be both useful and unbiased.

I will have no hesitation in using them again in the future!

Amazing service! The guy in the shop gave great advice in buying my first road bike and he certainly spared no time in going into the finer details about what is worth it and what isn't when it came to buying the right bike for me. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone else to give them a go. I will certainly be heading back there for anything else I need or advice.

The first time I have used their website I was a little wary, because of the mixed reviews....but because of the price I thought I will give them a go. Guys on the phone were very helpful and put together a great package, dispatched my order the same week, and I received it no problem in a couple of days.

Ordered a Helmet and they delivered the wrong one. Eventually managed to speak with customer service who promised full refund including the return postage as the problem was clearly their fault (black is not blue - though they would probably argue that...). Spent my time and effort correcting their mistake and I am still awaiting the full refund as promised 3 months later! Emails not responded too, phone almost constantly engaged, voice mail messages not returned! Trading Standards now involved...Beware !!!!!...Use Chainreaction, Merlin, wiggle, stif or rose bikes instead and save yourself a whole load of stress....
