After five month the mattress developed a variance in the support. I contacted Zleeps and spoke to Kayleigh who was excellent in her customer support and customer service and another matress was sent straight away.

it's been a few weeks and i feel strongly compelled to write a review as a testimonial to the brilliance of my new mattress! i feel like a new person, renewed energy and new lease of life. I had no idea how bad my sleep was before on my old 10+ year old mattress. This is the one!

mattresses aren't very complicated things but so many companies seem to over complicate them! zleeps were helpful, quick, attentive and very good value. the mattress we received is very high quality and very comfortable, everything we expected and more... very happy and will recommend.

Very professional to deal with, I called in to confirm the details before placing the order through their site. The staff were very helpful and took their time to answer all my questions.

Delivery took an extra day but it was still very quick so i could live with that. It feels very nice, the memory foam takes a couple of days to get used to as the other spring mattress we'd had for years was actually due for an upgrade a long time ago. Very please that we went with zleeps.

We've only bought a handful of mattresses in our time and when our daughter recommended we order one from an internet company i was very hesitant. What will it feel like, what if we don't like it, what if it doesn't turn up, what if they take our money?

Well all I can say is we had nothing to worry about. It arrived very quickly, much quicker than the 6 weeks delivery at our local bed shop, we had it on the bed and ready to go in minutes! Left it during the day and then slept on it the same evening. We're over the moon! It's comfortable, supportive and very cosy!

Delivery was prompt, packaging was good... tick tick, so far so good.

Got it unpacked and let it settle and do it's thing, night 1 was good, first impressions were very good. After night 2, 3 , 4 something changed, I started to wake up feeling much better, sort of refreshed. A lot of my normal mild aches and niggles had faded and I could see a clear difference. This has stayed and I have nor realized that I've probably been having average sleeps for years, I'm a total memory foam convert.

It's not just good but really good!

We bought a double memory foam mattress topper 2 weeks ago. I highly recommend it to everyone and I would love to say that I have never slept better. Really great service and delivery time !

Ordered a king size delux memory foam mattress on Tuesday 1pm. Paid for next day delivery and was at my door by 9am Wednesday morning. Item arrived well packaged. Took the mattress out and was set up in minutes. No smell, mattress very comfortable. Would order again and recommend.

Ordered a memory foam mattress from Zleeps. Arrived next day, had no problems with the delivery or mattress. Have had the mattress for a few weeks now, mattress is like new every night is a good nights sleep :)

I bought a zleeps after trying a friends one which was super comfy. After a couple of nights on the new mattress I feel amazing! So so happy with it, I can't say enough about it! Very reasonable compared to several lower spec ones I looked at in my local store. Don't think twice, order today, you won't regret it!

i have now had my mattress around 9 months and its the worst thing i have ever bought i have more aches i cant wait to get up in the morning i haven't reviewed this mattress before as i thought i would get used to it but it has just got worse as it now sags in the middle to top it all a few months ago i received a letter from the manufacturer saying it wasn't dangerous if the mattress was kept away from naked flame but it had no fire retardant and was not up to stander-ed and sleeps didnt want anything to do with it when i e/mailed them so i am going have to purchase a new mattress now and hope thats better

I've ordered a mattress. On site was shown 1-2 waiting time for delivery. After 2 day I gave them a call and they tried to tell me that when I was ordering my stuff on site the delivery time showed was 12 weeks.
It looks like they don't know what they doing and even if they don't have the stuff they'll still show on site that they got it so people will order it and wait. I never tried the quality of the stuff on offer coz I never got it.

I bought this mattress topper for my daughter's bed as it was so hard and uncomfortable. What a difference! I really don't want to get out of bed as it is so comfortable. Well worth the money and would definitely reccommend this purchase.

Ordered 3" topper on a Thursday and had confimation of despatch. Delicery promised in 1-2 days but a proviso of possibly longer. Given a tracking number which I used with Yodel.
It was quoted as out for delivery and then "delivery attempted" at a time when i was in and they had plainly not come. I rang Yodel and spoke to someone who said the drivers worked on Saturdays and maybe it would turn up later. It did actually arrive at about 4pm on the Saturday, so 2 days after ordering. I had ordered an unrelated item from a different company who also used Yodel and they seemed to have amalgamated the orders as they both arrived on the same van.
So delivered - the topper. Vac packed and quite large, did wonder if the pillows were there, but they were - very flat! The topper and pillows both expanded within a few hours. I put the new topper on top of an old thinner one. Good cover incidentally. It was much better quality and we really noticed the difference. my husband was only able to stay 30mins on one side because of hip pain, the new topper means he can go at least 2 hours before having to turn over - what a relief. I didn't notice any particular smell, the only thing I would say is it is a bit hot, but very comfortable and well worth the money.

this is now our 3rd mattress from zleeps firs king size then a double and now a single my first 2 mattresses came within 2 days, although this one im still waiting for a confirmation delivery email still as long as it comes in between the 5-7 days on the receipt then im happy have had several good nights sleep many thanks zleeps

This is my second purchase and was just as good as the first. I have recommended the product to several people with confidence.

comfertable from the moment you put your head on it till the moment you reluclantly you have to get up.

Mattress arrived on time with no damages. Rolled up in a box so easy to store until bed frame came. Extremely comfortable nights sleep. Highly recommended.
