I have ordered a shirt once. I got it a month later and was satisfied with it, so I decided to place another order of a total of six items. The shipping was supposed to take less than a month but it came in after three months. Only three of the items I ordered came in and they did not look like they did in their advertisements. So I thought I would receive the rest of the items I ordered later in the week but after another month I decided to email them only to receive offers of ordering more stuff in place of the original items I had ordered. They took a long time to email me back and by the way, this representative of the company's name is Autumn; who knows if it's her real name or not. So after demanding that they give me my money back for the stuff that they have never took the effort to ship, she told me that she will return my money. Two weeks roll by and the money hasn't been returned yet. I will not stop and fight until I get my money back. And if you happen to read this, Autumn or whoever the heck you really are, I know my consumer rights and don't be shocked when you get a call from my lawyer. Your company may have cheated many of other customers, but your company is not going to succeed in cheating me. And if you have been cheated by this website too, take action to get your money back that rightfully belongs to you. Don't let these scammers get away with your money in their pocket.

I ordered a dress for an event three months ago and still have not received the item and they are refusing to issue a refund to me. I contacted them a month and a half after I had placed the order because the website says it will take a month to ship. A customer service agent "Autumn" responded weeks later saying my package was shipped and I will definitely receive it. An additional month and a half from that conversation has now passed and I have STILL NOT received the item or a refund. They are very hard to get a hold of too. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT order anything from these scammers.

ordered from the site before christmas 2013, still not got it, its now three months over, very unhappy, hard not to curse when complaining about something like this, i best get my shirts soon or i will flip out, worst site iv ever use!

I ordered from this website on Dec 3, 2013. I sent emails to them and they told me that they shipped it Dec 22. Well, on Saturday I emailed them that I have not yet received it. The girl emails me back and says, "we just shipped it today". What the heck?! The stuff I bought was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my fiancé! I wanted it for Christmas 2013 not 2014! I am tired of waiting! Never again! P.s I believe clothingloves.com is the same website. Stay away.

I ordered an item for Christmas on dec, 10th. I paid an extra $15 to get it shipped in 3-5 days. It is now 16 days since I ordered my item and it still has not arrived. I've tried calling no one ever answers. I sent them two emails and no response. I am very upset, I would just like to have someone respond to me and let me know if my package is on its way. I would NEVER order anything from them again, and would highly suggest that no one does! Very disappointed! Bad customer service and sketchy site! Stay away!

I placed an order on August 15. Does not arrive until today November 9. I sent numerous emails but the only answer is to check with the post office. In conclusion I was left without money and without package.

I ordered five bridesmaids dresses for my daughters wedding. Not only were they not as depicted on Maxnina's website, the size 6 dress was the same length as th size 0. The girl in the size 6 couldn't bend over without showing her backside! To make matters worse Maxnina won't authorize return shipment and keep stringing me along. Now I have had to file a dispute. This has been a bad experience. The prices are good but the service stinks. Don't waste your time or money with Maxnina. Andrew

My daughter purchased a sweater that in the picture showed a particular design on it. When recevied, it not only had the wrong design, but when I requested a return & the correct one be sent out, they denied my request. She's now stuck with a sweater that cost $30 of her own money & one that she won't wear. I just can't believe that they can advertise somethng & when you get it's wrong & they won't remedy it! I can tell you that I would never order something from them again or recommentd that anyone else does either!

I received my dress on the day of my event! My dress was supposed to be custom fit. It looked nothing like the picture online. The sewing on the dress was awful! I tried it on and the threads already started to come undone. It was like it was just thrown together! I will never recommend using this site!

I just got my dress,it is perfect!!!!

My dress has arrived! the beading is very pretty...superb quality and extremely beautiful. the only thing i complain about is the length...it is around 10 inch too long
but overall it looks and feels great!

I saw this dress on dresstalks.com very early in my process, but never ordered it, because: I had plenty of time, it was too cheap to be true, thougt bying it on the internett never would fit......
But the "damage" was already done. Shops in oslo, shops in London noone of them had anything, simply because I was looking for a same type of dress, and there was none! (of course)
Nearly too late I ordered the dress to my own at custom size. I did it wrong.. When the dress arrived it was beautiful as ever, but too small over breasts. A very nice taylor could help, the dress had all the possibilities to be adjusted.
