We hired this company to move our belongings' door to door from U.S. to Spain. Unfortunately, we were scammed. Mr. Antonio, offered a low price and promising to take care of everything until they obtain your goods, then charging 3x the quoted price. They are intentionally vague on estimates and when they are confronted about the massive price increase, they said, you have to read the contract lie about absolutely everything they tell you. When good arrived they were damage some broke even transportation in Spain confirmed the damaged when boxes arrived, email pictures of damages goods, called, sent messages never answer.

Great service, I shipped some household goods as well as my motorcycle and car from New York, New York to Madeira, Portugal via a huge container. These guys were excellent and made the process pretty easy from start to finish. My move was a bit last minute, but they managed to pull through. I would definitely recommend.

Offering a low price and promising to take care of you, until they obtain your goods, then charging 6x the quoted price. They are intentionally vague on estimates and when they are confronted about the massive price increase, they yell and scream and insult you over you on the phone so you can’t get a word in. They lie about absolutely everything they tell you. This company is not licensed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

At this juncture, we have had to hire an attorney and will be getting police involved. They claim to not receive our messages and emails, only when regarding payment they suddenly receive them. Our attorney has received a read receipt so we know they have opened and read her emails, but have yet to respond to them or return her calls.

We currently do not know the location of our things even after asking them multiple times to tell us their location. We have even offered to pay their inflated price, which is about $5k more than originally quoted, to get this resolved, but they are claiming we now owe additional fees and making ridiculous threats.

This company is run by scam artists. They know exactly what they are doing to people and should not be allowed continue conducting illegal business. Please don’t fall victim to them as we have.

Follow up, different options offers, customer service, Jose and Antonio performed above my expectations. A rare thing now days.

The administrator was good and helpful but one of the guys who did the moving in Montreal wasn't polite and stupid. He said he didn't know he was supposed to come by noon, but he left a post-it as why he has come by noon!!!

I do not recommend this company at all, very unprofessional and the service they provide is awful from start to finish. The contact was always with Antonio Estevez, he never ended up being clear on the terms, and at the time of paying they did not respect what had been agreed and even charged me expenses that did not correspond like the palletization, which I had done myself. One ends up being a captive since these extra costs appear when they already had your packages and it is very difficult to cancel the operation, not to mention the risk of losing $500 that they ask you for in advance to reserve it. The problems did not end at origin but were transferred to destination, again there were extra costs, many days lost by the negligence of the parties, and discussions among them for days. After 20 days of delay, I managed to get my shipment and ended up paying 3 times more than what was originally discussed. I'm sure there are much more serious and economical companies out there.

A trusted partner, very reliable and responsive. Glad to choose them, everything was good. It took more than I expected, but everything went really well, and I'll do it again.

I made several requests but only had one of them answered. Intlmovers.com may have done their job by forwarding the information but the ball was then dropped because we have received no response after he initial one.

Euro Transport had given me the lowest rate for a shipment to the UK. The agent answered all of my questions and provided a detailed quote of what was included for the service I wanted. I did not want complete service, as I was on a tight budget, so I knew I had some costs to pay once my boxes arrived in London.

First time using this comparison site for my move and received multiple quotes within the hour from various reputable movers. Move went smooth and saved me a lot of money on my move without the hassle of having to shop around. Highly recommend!

I arranged for my shipping to go from Ottawa, Canada to Helsingborg, SWEDEN. It was stated that it would be a 30 day delivery to the port in Helsingborg. Imagine my surprise when I had to track my own shipping. It passed through Hamburg, Germany. The company it was handed over to had no idea where or what it was I was looking for. The phone numbers provided were not in service and I had to look through the internet to find a contact to reach at the company it was being held by. After 5 days I finally was able to email a consultant for the company in Hamburg only to be transferred to another agent who would not answer there email account. After 14 days past the original 30 days guarantee I received an email saying it was heading to Sweden. I contacted the port here in Helsingborg to find out they have no idea about my shipment it had not arrived. 3 days later I received an email from Goteborg, Sweden 6 hours driving from Helsingborg. The agent in Goteborg stated that I needed to pay additional fees to have my goods unloaded and stored until he could arrange them being sent.

Long story short. I have paid extra costs that should have been considered and arranged through Euro Transport my Ottawa agents. I have paid customs, storage, delivery, and more. Today 5 months later I have again received another billing for more storage fees.
You would think that the parent company would inform you and make the necessary arrangements and charge the right costs for the job they are asked to do. I am very unhappy with my shipment . Although I have received it it has been the most unprofessional move I have ever experienced and I am tired of paying fees and costs that should have been arranged previously by the parent company. I will never promote EURO Transport to anyone moving internationally. EVER!!
