IntKeys Game Keys 

Have so far purchased Dead Island, Kingdoms of Amaluar, and uh....Saints Third I believe. KoA and ST were International keys so I had them within 24 hours and reedemed them accordingly. Dead Island was a Russian key, so I was required to give them my account details, but it went without a hitch and steam guard clears up any qualms about giving away account details I guess.


All in all, never had a problem, and always adored their prices, consistently 30%+ cheaper than Steam and other retailers.

Ordered a game, received the key within few minutes! Much cheaper than other websites.

I bought Company of Heroes 2 from The Game Keys dot Com - the Steam key arrived fairly promptly but, Alas! Steam didn't recognise the key.

Raised an online ticket & emailed their support directly via email with screenshot proof that the key was deemed invalid by Steam; no reply to either ticket or email 6 days later. Money taken straight away though....

Hopefully PayPal will resolve this and get me a refund. Regardless, this is the last time I use these guys and after this is resolved (fingers crossed) any subsequent emails offering games at cheap prices will be sent to my spam folder.

At first it seemed as if I had been scammed, because the site mentioned the delivery time to be seconds. It turned out to be about a minute or two, so knowing this I would advise any possible future customers to wait patiently.

I can only confirm what people have stated recently: the site used to be good but not anymore!
After buying from them I too never received the key and they didn't answer when I tried to contact them.
Lucky me, the refund was way easier than i thought, thanks to a very good customer service of paypal.

I used them a lot back in the days, but after pre-ordering Reaper of Souls, and not getting my game even a week after, with no reply from Facebook, skype, or their email system, I advice people never to use these again!

Purchased Reaper of Souls 3 days ago and have yet to see my key. I sent many emails, facebook message, and called the skype customer support. Of course none of which has yet to respond to me. Not only did they take my money, they don't even bother to answer any of the emails/calls. I have previously purchased from them and was satisfied, however they are, as stated by others, not even remotely close to the same business as they were before.

I pretty much have lost all hope in talking with customer support for this site and seeing my key. I will try my luck with PayPal after another day, because I have read that for some people it has taken up to 4 to 5 days. However, this is for sure the last time I will ever use this service. I'm not even frustrated about not getting it within a day of purchase, it's the fact that I haven't heard anything from their support and I basically have no clue what is going on with my order or if I am even going to get my order.

Edit: I disputed and there instantly on intkeys is a pending status on a refund, at their normal 90%...

Pre-ordered a game and never got my key. Tried to contact them using email, skype and facebook, but they never answered me.

I have read some really good opinions on this site, but it seems like they are no longer reliable.

Do not buy from this homepage - They where reliable back in time, but not anymore

Ordered a game key off here, paid in full instantly with PayPal. I waited 24 hours like their policy guarantees and emailed their support twice as my order status is still 'processing', but still no reply.

Even if I do receive what I paid for (which isn't looking likely), it's been an extremely poor online shopping experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Used IntKeys a number of times and have always had really friendly service from them and great prices. A couple of times there has been a delay in the key dispatch but nothing that can't be fixed by contacting them! They are usually very quick and friendly to respond.

I have used intkeys many times in the past, They always deliver. Getting the game at a lower price for a small wait is nothing to even complain about. I highly recommend and trust intkeys.

Bought Call of Duty:Ghosts for pc...Had a couple minor issues.
In the end I was given a 10% refund and a free key for snother game for the very minor inconvience.

All in all im satisfied with my purchase and would most likely buy from them again.

Bought SimCity 2013 for a good price, but the promised max 24 delivery time was a lie.
Took almost a week before I got the key. Although, when I got it, it worked perfectly.

The support is kinda so-so. The Skype support only replied half of the time, and usually stopped replying after a while.

After all, they were the cheapest around.
Don't regret my purchase.

Hi people! I would like to warn you about this company!!!!!!!!!!
Im a first buyer at this site - and i got a very bad experince with them!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a BF4 key, the 11th of november. They are saying on their website, that their average delivery time on this game, is 3 hours. So as eager as i was, i wrote to their support winthin 10 minutes of my buy. I asked the supporter, how long it would take them to deliver it to me. They said that i had to wait until the day after, the 12th of november, because they were having some difficulties with their delivering system. The next day, 12th of november i checked my email and the key was there. I was happy! Finally i could game, or not - i discovered.
The key was already been used by another acoount!!!! I instantly wrote to their support, with screenshot, order number and such. I was told i had to wait until the next day, 13th of november to get an answer, because a manager had to check the problem. I said allright, and waited to next day, which was yesterday. I checked my email yesterday, cause i hoped for an answer. But i didn't get an answer from them, so i wrote to them at their homepage, on facebook, and tried calling them serveral times on skype, eventhough they wasn't online. So i waited until today, and haven't heard form them yet. Checked my email, facebook, and skype and so forth. It says on their homepage, that their support is online at skype, but they aren't. So i really hope that i will hear from them soon.

So be carefull around this site, this episode is really looking like a scam to me. So i wouldn't recommend this site to anybody else.

26th of november: still haven't heard from them about any new key. So be carefull around them people!

I bought several games with no problem.
Now I payed for COD Ghosts and he advertised to mail the key "Within 3 hours garantueed!" .
2 weeks later now and still nothing and no response to anything (skype, mail, facebook).
I have been ripped.
NB. Unbelievable this company (just 1 guy, I think) claims I have no proof of purchase. I have send trustpilot the proof, which is now also proof of his lying.
I am also willing to give trustpilot my password to intkeys (nothing they can do with it that is harmful), and they will have hard evidence.
They will see this guy from Intkeys has "send" me the key, but he didn't.
I asked to resend it, but well, he does not respond to anything.
I suspect he does this ,because I reacted pretty angry that his site kept saying "key withing 3 hours guaranteed" , while nobody received a key within several days.
Now he thinks he needs to "punish" me by keeping my my 40 euro, without sending a key.

4 days and I got bf 4 key . but the key is legit but its took long to send a key

I bought a Payday 2 key, and I had it in like 10 minutes.

The support at Intkeys is awesome too!

Ordered Battlefield 4 this morning, because I wanted to play the game I contacted their support. And within a few minutes I received my key! Really great service!
