Seller sent item that broke within eBay 30 day period. offered me a refund or replacement and i choose the replacement.
waited 3 weeks, never landed emailed several times to get a response, then they told me they were waiting on the manufacturer to send, waited again and nothing. emailed again only to be told that they are always breaking and that i wouldn't be getting a replacement. i started to get annoyed at this stage and told them they had responsibility as a seller to get this sorted. they washed their hands of it. The seller makes you hold out to 30 day eBay period has lapsed then start to mess about as they know by this stage they have got their feedback and eBay won't give you money back. Avoid at all costs complete scam artists, and i see I'm not alone here.

A truly dreadful company if they actually exist. Very quick to take money via Paypal but failed to deliver oven part. Would not answer emails and there is no contact telephone number. I cannot understand the 5 star reviews all of them are before the formation of the company. This is according to Company House KGA supplies was only formed in June 2014. Again avoid this company at all costs.

i ordered & paid for goods from this company. Whilst they were happy to take my funds, they never updated the order. Nor did they complete the order.
Not only that they never responded at all to either emails or messages on their contact us form.
No goods , no updates , no contact - in the end I have had to start a claim to get my money back as this company just wants to take your money & nothing else

Ordered a freezer spare part - did not arrive within one month, chased via the only contact they provide (sales email), no response for weeks apart from one email saying they did not have the part. Asked for a refund, no response. Eventually contacted trading standards who advised me to write a formal letter making quite clear I was not going to drop it and requesting damages. Got my money back a week later.

My advice - AVOID. If you do use them and end up in the same situation, write them a letter recorded delivery and make clear you will not back down.

I ordered a spare cooker part for my Belling Range Oven. I paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing arrived. Sent three emails. No response. Am reporting to trading standards. Ignore at all costs!!!

I ordered a part from this company on KGA SUPPLIES website and the order was acknowledged and payment taken - then, nothing.
I sent 2 e-mails asking for a rough idea of expected delivery - both were ignored. and the next communication was a notice of refund from paypal with no explanation from the seller.
I went back to the original website and re-ordered the same part, right up to the checkout and there was no problem. In other words, they are still advertising an item that they obviously haven't got. My advice is STAY CLEAR

PART DIDN'T ARRIVE AND ALL EMAILS ARE IGNORED - DO NOT USE. Ordered a cooker seal in mid December which still hasn't arrived. They refuse to answer any of my emails and also ignore my feedback form. High risk to use them.

Was worried after reading some reviews that part wouldn't arrive, but it arrived today, no problems.

Note to company, really think you should add more contact details such as address and telephone numbers to re-assure people ordering from your website that you are legitimate!

VERY FAST DELIVERY GREAT PRICE WOULD USE AGAIN

The item I ordered 2 weeks ago has not arrived. The email confirmation had no contact details other than 2 email addresses, one of which is of a different unconnected business.

I have had no response to emails.

Googling for details of the company return one phone number which is incorrect.

GK Spares website has no contact details which is illegal.

Use this website at your peril!
