Used first bathrooms 3 years ago can not fault the shop but the plumbers they recommended ( her husband & son ) fitted a shower pump (make of pump salamander type CT50XTRA) which packed in a month ago which we where not happy about it so we had a different plumber come and look at it.He told us that the pump was not adequate for the job also the pipework was not correctly fitted they only used 15 ml pipes and manufacturers recommend 22 ml so the warranty was invalid because of their incompetence and did not even reading the fitting instructions .To make it right we replaced the pump and replace the wrong pipe work costing us £781 so I would not recommend or use this company again.

Their website says "WE WILL NOT BE BEATEN ON PRICE" What a shame when I asked them to price match with another they said "Sorry we are unable to match that price". so I bought it from another who were excellent. Didn't have anymore dealings with this company but after breaking their promise on a quote neither would I want to. Sorry but you need to amend your website if it isn't true

I actually had to cancel an order due to a stocking issue, nothing to do with First Bathrooms and they were excellent. First they communicated there was a stocking delay, and gave me the option to wait or to refund. As i had a tight deadline sadly i went for the latter but they processed the refund immediately. Would definitely use them again.

Prices are reasonable, but heaven help you if you ever need to return anything. I had a basin mixer tap fail under warranty and it was just impossible to get any return. Various excuses excuses, such as...waiting to hear back from the supplier, so and so is on the phone, we'll call you back etc...
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Don't be drawn in by cheap prices

Bought an item and requested a return/refund a few weeks later by phoning them. The man told me he ‘doesn’t work with that department’ but will nudge them and get back to me shortly. It’s been a month and haven’t heard from them at all. Thieves. Don’t use this scam company under ANY circumstances.

Ordered a shower unit, tray and cabinet. Delivered quickly and in perfect condition.

Courier gave me a delivery slot so I had a rough idea what time it would be delivered.

Would use again.

Very poor post sales service. I needed a replacement side panel for a bath purchased from First Bathrooms. I am obviously happy to pay for this plus courier charges. I was told that this not possible because of difficulties with courier getting a panel only delivered. Numerous emails from me ignored. Very poor service, recommend that you use an alternative supplier.

I ordered some expensive taps, they arrived in good time. The day after delivery I noticed one of the parts had been formed incorrectly in the factory and would not be water tight. I sent them a photo in an email and asked them to send me a replacement part or exchange the faulty item.

They have ignored my email and I cant get through on the phone.

I will update this review as my case develops.

Ordered a vanity unit and the white gloss has started to peel away. Apparently it comes with a 10 year guarantee. So I contacted First Bathrooms stating this and that I would like a refund as the product is faulty. I've been waiting over a month for a reply to my emails and still no response! Absolute waste of time don't buy from them! You will receive inferior products and non existent customer service!

I will update you on how first bathrooms responds to my request for a replacement of the damaged Roper Rhodes cabinet when they respond

Ten out of ten for service, prompt delivery and quality of shower unit. Would certainly recommend.

Bought a complete bathroom suite plus fixtures. Was charged twice for delivery. Phoned next day and was instantly refunded. Items arrived when they said and in very good condition. I decided to change one of the fixtures. Phoned they said ok and i would be refunded for returned item. Ordered new fixture and returned other one. Was overcharged on delivery. Phoned and was told that i would get a refund for retuned item and the overcharge. Now 4 weeks later numerous emails and calls i still have had no refund. They say the problem is with Sage. Yet they could refund me instantly earlier on. They seem nice enough and if i received my refund i would change my review on them.

I cannot understand why they wont refund me. I bought just under a £1000 worth of items. All came on time in good condition and people seemed nice enough on phone. Once you have received your items the problems begin.
Just be aware that if you have to return an item you will not be refunded.
Really i am sorry to write this review but they should not let customers down this way.

I ordered a towel rail, this was delivered but was faulty.
I contacted them and they sent another faulty towel rail. Despite several emails and over 20 phone calls, they would not refund me nor collect their faulty goods.
Their money back and "comprehensive" guarantees are simply lies.

The shower screen was exactly as described and easy to install and of excellent quality. The whole process from order to delivery was great.

Fantastic friendly knowledgable service. Very competitive as price matched other retailers. Website easy to navigate and staff very helpful and friendly, providing quality customer service with great communication. Found it very simple and hassle free to order and the delivery was really fast. Will definitely use them again as stock quality products and will be recommend to friends and family. Cannot thank Ian & Scott enough for all their help.

Having recently purchased a bathroom suite from firstbathrooms I have to say I am absolutely delighted. I was a little unsure as to whether to order over the net and decided to phone for some specific measurements for the suite. I spoke to Ian who was more then helpful and guided me through the whole process with ease. Our bathroom suite arrived promptly as promised and looks amazing. I have recommended Firstbathrooms to all of my friends and family.

Fantastic customer service. Great product and excellent delivery. Will definitely being using them again for the other bathroom suites.

Competitive prices, just customer service is not great in terms if keeping you updated with your order. We waited much longer than the expected delivery to receive our bathroom , which became a problem for us. Jamie did his best to sort it out but seems their warehouse can be quite stubborn and unhelpful. Had to send one item back as was damaged. Overall happy with all the items just was quite a stressful time with lots of calls and emails necessary.

I have just experienced first class customer service from First Bathrooms. Their website would not accept my email address. I spoke to Jamie who completed the purchase by phone. He was efficient and pleasant. A pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
