I've received an email saying I owe £344.something pound for whatever I apparently reason I've never used these people or ordered anything from them scam

Deal cloud has been consistently trying to take payments from my paypal, and have done. I have no contact for these people and I want a refund as I DID NOT sign up for this

This dealcloud is not delivering my moonlight which i ordered last month, until now they saying pending update from merchants. I wonder if i will get back my cash. Please help..

I ordered 2 moonlamps from Dealcloud, 2 months later they said that the package had been delivered and sent back. I asked them to resend (as I had not gotten any message about this) and they said that the country I lived in did not allow packages with batteries, even though it had 'allegedly' been delivered before. I asked them to send it somewhere else and they said they were waiting for a courier tracking number before they could send it out. It has now been 4 months. They are a fraud and you should never buy anything from them

I'm currently awaiting PayPal refund as these guys were quick to take money yet not send goods. They answered emails but only to day they were waiting on the manufacturer ... their last email was that they would let me know when they knew ... yeah not prepared to wait an unlimited amount of time... not happening. I have applied through paypal for refund Thankfully.

Having purchased from Dealcloud I find myself in a position of wanting my money back. Dealcloud customer services did reply but reiterated they was "just a voucher company"
Wasn't happy with the end product which dealcloud make you contact the supplier. So why use dealcloud?
For the prices in my case, just be aware of their terms and condition especially the one regarding delivery times! !!!

This company, in conjunction with Vitusproducts, are happy to take your money but do not deliver the goods. Neither company reply to emails. Indeed, vitusproducts do not provide a telephone contact number. I have attempted to contact both companies on several occassions. Surely this practice is fraudulent. Still waiting for delivery of goods ordered over 2 months ago!

So I've used dealcloud 6 times now. I've bought sunglasses to week break in Cornwall. And I have to say its been a pleasure dealing with you. You have saved me lots of money and each transaction has been easy and simple.

Keep the good service and great deals coming. Very happy customer 😃

Hairdresser didn't have any appointments ( gone out of business), no refund.
Cider House never open, appears they want cash to alter an old building as there was scaffolding up all the time and it was never open.

DO NOT BUY COUPONS OFF THIS COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE will not get your money back.

I ordered a tablet off dealcloud, waited 8 weeks for delivery supplier said he wasn't sending tablets out until after offer ended (remember this bit) it arrived, didn't work.
Emailed supplier [external link removed], said he would send another straight out, 2 weeks later no sign, contacted them again, lost my details! waited another couple of weeks nothing, emailed saying I wanted to cancel supplier said I had to get it touch with deal cloud for a refund.
did eventually get in touch they said I couldn't have a refund has offer had ended
ha ha see above () how can I send it back for a refund within offer time when I didn't receive it until about 6 weeks after offer ended

I purchased a MP3 player from the Dealcloud site as a Christmas present for my brother on the site. When I went onto the website to input the code for the deal this didn't work which was a little worrying.

I managed to contact someone from Dealcloud Customer Service about the issue who was very helpful and spoke to the company to then get this code to work on the site and this was sorted within minutes and I went on the website and redeemed the voucher and this was delivered within 2 working days.

We have not received what we paid for, and now find it impossible to get through the smoke screen to make our complaint

Bought 2 android tablets through Dealcloud, at first the vouchers didn't work, tried contacting [external reference removed] to seek help - no reply to phones/emails, tried contacting Dealcloud, no reply to phones/emails. Raised concerns about seller on Facebook/email, 1 month later Dealcloud announce they have a problem with [external reference removed]. How many people have paid out for the deal since Dealcloud were made aware of problems? Very poor, now need to try to recover money.

purchased a voucher for £74.99 for a android 9 tablet...used voucher straight away on the 08/11/2012 on the website [external reference removed] ( aprop now called [external reference removed]) paid another £9.99 for postage...still happy bee ....small print confirmed will be delivered within 21 days of purchase now the 13/12/2012.... no tablet has ever arrived...deal cloud say ring [external reference removed]....guess what their telephone numbers do not work and no one replies to emails....spoke to dealcloud again who said twice that they had spoken to [external reference removed] and it had been posted out mmmmm how do they get to talk to them when no numbers work for them!!! even with the numbers dealcloud provide......now today find out via facebook that there is a problem with [external reference removed] and after posting on fb complaint which seems the only way to get a response, i have had a reply saying they will refund within 3 to 5 working days......as tablet was a xmas gift for 12 year old son dealcloud have proper stitched us up....and they havent even said sorry and i have to open a dispute with [external reference removed] to try and get my postage back!! surely dealcloud should make the appropriate checks to ensure their customers receive what they pay for by using reputable companies....best thing is they are now advertising on their website another tablet almost the same for same price with another company but when i asked if they could supply me with the voucher for that instead they said they cant!!! total scam and i have reported these and [external reference removed] to the police, action for fraud and trading standards tonight as im sure many of others will....you only have to look at their fb page to see the complaints for many of their other vouchers!!! customer service is appalling as ive said no apoligys from them for all the inconvienance dating back to the 08/11/2012

I saw the Call of Duty Black ops II £20 off deal and almost pissed my pants in excitement (slight exaggeration there). I bought the deal straight away but made the classic impulse buyers mistake of not shopping around first.

The deal was with Fox Empires whose site I then visited to use the voucher given to me by DealCloud. Once there I realised that the initial price of the game is highly inflated compared to what you can buy the game for off the likes of Amazon or even Tesco (with free delivery).

Sufficed to say I kicked myself for buying the deal with such haste and set about trying to get a refund. I called DealCloud (always call, don't waste time with e-mails) and the nice lady refunded my payment straight away without any hassle whatsoever.

So to deal with DealCloud is straight forward, but what they sell may not be the best deal for you - buyer beware and do your homework before jumping into a deal which you could have received cheaper elsewhere.

I have used Dealcloud twice now. Once I bought a 2 night stay in a hotel. It was very easy to purchase and redeem the voucher etc. The hotel was very nice (if a bit corporate - but that's not Dealcloud's fault). We had a lovely time.

The second time I have used this company the following happened:
Dealcloud were offering a voucher for 2 pairs of slimming pants for £19 - normal Aneeks retail price £80. A bargain I thought!

It was not a bargain. When I went to redeem my voucher I had to set up an account with Aneeks. On setting it up I was notified that account holders get special privileges. I added the pants to my basket and then thought I'd have a browse of their other products. So glad I did!!!

On the left of the screen there was a "deal surf" section - the SAME pants were being sold for £15.80!!!
Cheaper than the Dealcloud voucher and phenomenally cheaper than Aneeks' price of £80. So retail value of these pants is £8 - what the hell is the cost value?!

Aneeks are hoping that people won't see this section before they make their purchase. I'm my opinion that is disgraceful. I had never heard of this company before and this is obviously why. They won't be around for long.

I have informed BBC's Watchdog programme ;-)

Dealcloud did refund the price of my voucher, however I'll be hesitant to use them again.
