Awful experience
Phone calls not answered, Director said calls not answered. Emails only.
Checked order to notice it had been cancelled, altho DPD still showing as delivering. Messages had gone in my junk mail, unknown to me altho all other messages fine.

Very hard work, messaging, easier to talk on phone.

Wouldn't use again as Messages from Director who uses !!!... not good customer service at all

Absolutely no response from emails or telephone is this company even trading still

After my last review, in regards to a faulty canister and no support from click4. I have returned two canister and still awaiting the refund rental charge, emailed them and have had ni response also tried to ring them again and again and no response.

Also their customer service is shocking, after my last review I rang this company again after it being nearly 12 months we received a faulty canister. After asking what he was doing with air products to sort I was then told if I didn’t like to go elsewhere for my helium, in which I now have with still no refund on the faulty canister £180 and no refund on the 2 canisters I have returned another £30.

Will never use click4 again and have also told other balloon independent companies not to use this company either.

I will now have to expect this as a loss which I am £210 out of pocket thanks to click4.

I give no stars .... AVOID USING CLICK4 - Shocking Customer Service I am owed for 4 Helium Cylinders that have been returned, they never answer the phone and do not reply via email.

They are blaming Air Products which is simply untrue, once the cylinders are scanned back they immediately come off system so CLICK4 should be issuing the refunds,
I have been constantly trying to get hold of them since 30th August for cylinders returned since June 23. I am a small business and I cannot afford to be ripped off.
I am very unhappy and I will never use this company again.

Constantly chasing for refunds once helium tank has been returned. Sending email after email to chase up but still no response, do not have a contact number to call on. They are only contactable via email but do not seem to respond when a refund needs to be issued!

Retuned a bottle over 4 weeks ago, and still no bottle refund. I've never automatically received a bottle refund, every time I return one I have to chase the bottle refund up. They don't answer the phone or return emails.

Great choice of products, good prices and the communication from this company is superb. I have worked in sales and marketing for years and this is the best company I have dealt with. Very professional.

I used to order from Click4balloon years ago but I am trying to get back into doing Balloons so I decided to order from them again and I ordered the brand Decotex I have never used this brand of balloons but I did inflate one and the colour is bold bright and solid can’t wait to do my Balloons designs. Good service and Delivery was quick.

Ballon’s arrived in perfect condition, good packaging in a box. Delayed by Royal Mail but no reflection on this company. 30 happy kids on Saturday once I’ve blown them all up. Many thanks

This company used to be so good and have dealt with them the last few years.
The last 6 months have been the worse experience ever with a wholesaler.
They have tried to say we have not returned cylinders, they are now charging a 4th month rental up front when supposedly refunding and no refunds received.
All cylinders returned within 2 months.
Now being ignored despite our supplier confirming returns.
No telephone number for contact either which is a red flag
Managed to get elsewhere loads cheaper!

Never had a worse experience with this company. I ordered a big order of balloons and used DPD as the delivery option.
Dpd left the parcel in an unsafe place and not where I asked for it be left and it wasn’t there when I went to collect,
They have admitted fault and said it was the drivers fault.
Contacted click 4 balloons but they’ve hardly responded just said they’ve opened up a claim with DPD. No update, no phone call, no apology.
Waste of time this company.
Currently in contact with citizens advice to try and get my money back they are with holding from me. Over 2 weeks now with out my order or my money.

I have been a customer of Click4 for several years now. Their customer service skills are well above average, all the team go above and beyond to help customers (even when we are lastminute.com). Always polite and helpful and answer all queries fast. Hopefully I will be a customer for several more years,

Very good overall. Good quality products. Good prices. Good delivery time. I have used these several times now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been trying to arrange collections for empty tanks since November last year. Finally had a response in March but then nothing at all since and now all emails are being ignored again!!! Tried to arrange collection with air products but they can’t help due to us not ordering direct through them. We have several tanks in various clinics that are taking up space that we don’t have. Wouldn’t advise using these at all!!

Appalling company rude and unhelpful staff. Let down and lied to by both staff and management. Wouldn't touch them EVER. I made the big mistake of using them for balloons for my Grandmother's 100th Birthday. What a complete waste of time, collected helium NO ADAPTOR, promised one would be sent special delivery.... it never arrived....but they lied and provided a POD.....for an address 200 miles away in LIVERPOOL.....and even the owner believes that this is a perfectly acceptable way to do business and treat customers. I managed to arrange my own helium through RAN a local reliable company who were actually cheaper. So be warned, proceed with caution if you must....

Extremely happy with my experience using the website, I reached out to ask a couple of questions regarding stock and my questions were answered quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner, once I placed my order, all of my items arrived as described and on time… This is now my “go to” website for all things balloons and party.
