This pharmacy was a nightmare to deal with. The pharmacist refused to honour a legally valid prescription written by a UK specialist. They refused to provide any reason for this refusal and they kept hundreds of dollars of my money without shipping the prescription. I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Very unprofessional and infuriating to deal with.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I completely understand that a prescription is required before medication can be supplied, and I have no issue with that. What I do have an issue with is the way I was spoken to. I was asked, “Have you got a prescription from your doctor for this medication, or are you messing us around?” I found this to be disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. There was no need for such language a polite explanation of the prescription requirement would have been more than enough.

As a result of the way I was treated, I cancelled my order. I expect better communication and professionalism from a company dealing with customers’ healthcare.

I purchased a consignment of antihistamine pills for my wife who was suffering from extreme coughing and sneezing fits and desperate for some relief. Because of the urgency I selected delivery within 1 - 2 days for a cost of £6.99 but they took almost a week to arrive. I emailed the seller on the fifth day to complain that I could have received a 2nd class postage much quicker and cheaper but got no reply. Very poor service.

Placed an order on Sat 30th May 2026, arrived today, 4th June. I chose this delivery option as I wasn't in a hurry for it. Items packed extremely well and all as described. The price of the items were far better than so many other sellers. 1st time I've ever used this company. I'm very pleased the transaction went smooth and trouble free. Would use again without doubt.

Delivery was prompt and exactly as ordered

Ordered important diabetes testing kit with 3 day delivery. Good deal so was pleased with the price. Payment was taken immediately, but no delivery after the 3 days.
Website says to use whatsapp for quickest response - however 2 days of messaging and no reply (other than to say they'll get back to me in 2 hours). Called to speak to someone, only to be told they're all at dinner!
Called back later and finally got hold of someone that could help. Apparently a national shortage and they don't have any in stock(everywhere else seems ok though!)- Promised me they'd e-mailed to say that, but they hadn't. Offered a refund (which will take 5 days!). So, now I have to spend more money on next day delivery with another seller. Poor show.

very good value, quick delivery. A deal on delivery charges would be a good idea, as in the more you buy the cheaper it is.

Do not trust this company! I placed an urgent order with them on a Thursday and paid extra to have delivery on the Saturday. I received confirmation of my order and the money was taken from my card. Saturday came and went with no delivery or communication. I then had to wait until Monday to speak to someone as their offices are closed over the weekend. I was told that unfortunately their supplier had let them down and the stock was arriving that morning and they would get it to me Tuesday.
I urgently needed the product for Saturday and would have ordered from elsewhere if I had known it was going to be so late. I asked Clear Chemist if they would arrange a same day courier, which they refused to do.
This company does not understand customer service or the importance of the products they are supplying.

Ordered two perfumes recently, shipped promptly and with care and proper wrapping.
