Boilers2go/bhl.co.uk have many negative reviews all over the internet, but their prices are very cheap. I needed an unvented cylinder for a customer, and this company was far cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I decided to take a gamble with them and order, however I ordered over the phone just to make sure I knew for certain the order had gone through, and to voice my fears over their reputation. The guy who took my order explained some customers order without noting the expected delivery times of certain products which is why they complain when they don't arrive on time. I was told I could expect the cylinder delivered within 5 working days but no date was given. I called twice through the week to double check and both times the member of staff rang through to the manufacturer to get the delivery information confirmed for me. The cylinder arrived exactly when we'd been told to expect it. Overall I'm very happy with Boilers2go/bhl.co.uk and will no doubt be using them again.

We ordered a boiler part at Boilers2Go about 2 months ago. We paid the part in full straight away. After 1 week we inquired when the part will be coming. We were told after about 1 week. After 4 weeks we inquired again and then they informed us that they cant deliver the part. This company would have just kept the money on their account. Customer Service is not existing. We cancelled the order, received the money back and few days later. Most terrible customer service. They also never apologized for their inferior or not existing service.

Professional and knowledgeable sales staff who know exactly what you need, they go out of their way to sort out any problems, in our case there was a mix up on the delivery date from the supplier, the sales team rang me back when they said they would and even sorted an independent courier at no extra cast to get our boiler to us within 24 hours…….excellent service all round.

A very fast service from ordering to delivery. It would be good if you could give out time slots to customers rather than just am or pm but otherwise delivery was okay.

Telephone service good...but more than the expected 2 days, it took a week actually, before I received the part.
The part was as expected and delivered in good condition.

Ordered a boiler and was emailed quickly with a order receipt quickly followed but dispatch details and delivery date.
Order arrived promptly and safely.
Would happily use again and highly recommended.

Boilers 2 Go have an amazing ability to deliver quality products at an unbelievably fast speed......next day in my case. Could not find a solid fuel boiler in my area but they got one to me and at a brilliant price!....very impressed. Sales staff were very polite and helpful......definitely use these people again should the need arise!

really poor delivery, bad at organization, but the purchased items were good.

They did give me a voucher to make up for the pondr service, but had to spend 50quid to use it.

They ended up only delivering one item on time, the others arived a week later. Had to change plumber booking.

use ptsplumbing instead.

I ordered my boiler via Boilers 2 Go as they were providing the best value for money. Following placing my order I received the boiler within 2 working days. Excellent service and good value.

Bought a Honeywell "7-Day" programmable room thermostat controller. Nice bit of kit, with 7 events per day, for each day of the entire week. Arrived VERY promptly. The kit came in the usual red Honeywell box, with adequate internal packing which is just as well as the order arrived in a transparent plastic bag which was a bit surprising. No transit damage anywhere, so the courier did well too.

Had to contact B2GO as there was a wiring hiccup. Was passed to Honeywell for some Technical Support, which resolved the matter quickly. All in all, a pleasant experience. Oh, and the price was REALLY good.

I called the help team to verify my delivery as I missed the first one 3 hours later it was delivered ,the item I ordered was as decribed easy to fit my self and just worked.

Ordered and received this item very quickly at a great price. The thermostat works brilliantly and much easier to operate than our old clockwork contrtol.

The person I dealt with was friendly and helpful and their price as good as you could get.

I didn't rate the delivery company they used as they sent one man and he moaned about them doing this regularly and had to wait for someone else to come to help him unload!!!

Price is good but that's all. I ordered a boiler over 2 weeks before I would need to install it. After not hearing anything after a week I tried to contact their customer services but they were not available from 24th December to 2nd of January! I think this is unacceptable as there are many normal working days in this period. After finally getting in touch I was advised that the boiler would be delivered on 6th January. I informed them that the boiler was being installed on the 7th so it was essential that it arrived on time. On the 6th I phoned to check on the delivery & was told it would be delivered around 3pm. When it got to 4:30pm and the boiler hadn't arrived I phoned again, they put me on hold for 10min then said they'd call back. They did call back to say that the the boiler wasn't placed on the lorry in the morning & now wouldn't be delivered till the next day! When I asked why I'd been told it would be delivered around 3pm they just blamed the delivery guys. No apology for messing me about. I've ordered from elsewhere since & will not use these guys again.
