I ordered a battery in July. I have emailed but no response. I have called but the phone line is always busy. It is now mid-September. I can only think that this is a fake company? I have paid a lot of money and had no service and no battery. Help!!

My experience is very much like a lot of other people's experience: poor.

I ordered a mobile phone battery @ £13.99 + £2.99 for postage/packing/delivery on 19 August. 10 days later no battery.

I have emailed their sales department. I have sent a message using their website contact form and attempted to telephone them 3 times on 0844 358 183, which is constantly engaged. I feel I have been scammed.

My only solace is I paid via PayPal.

I received today my battery. Delivered by EVRi. The battery appears to be in good working order. The battery was extremely well packaged - in a most professional manner.

Poor communication would appear to be the main issue with this business; if they kept their customers up-to-speed with the order journey, they might prevent poor reviews ... and why does it take 10 working days to post out a battery! If the battery is not in stock - then this should be clear on the website.

The battery has 'given-up' - not great just after 5 weeks of usage.

My advice - don't buy from them. If I could give zero star rating I would.

I ordered a battery on 15 aug 2024...nothing has arrived by 29 aug 2024 and no response from reuben

We ordered 2 batteries, paid them and received a confirmation from 'Rueben' without order number or other references.
We received no batteries...
Emails are not answered, telephone is constant busy, we feel scammed...

Avoid this company at all costs
No conformation of order no receipt no responses to emails.it took two weeks to arrive when it clearly said in stock and delivery by royal mail second class 3 day service.
When it eventually arrived the battery was wired up wrong for my device which i had to correct myself .

I've paid, money taken out of my account and never received a battery. Like someone else, I received an email saying package damaged in post. Tried numerous times to ring number of office. Always says line busy.
Wrote emails, no reply. Total con. DO NOT BOTHER. Don't think I'll see my money or my battery again!

Needed new batteries for a Satmap GPS, and though Satmap have gone out of business, found bestbattery could supply replacements. The new batteries were received two weeks ago and have been charged and used. They work as well as the old batteries worked when new, and were cheaper.

Similar to the previous review, no confirmation of the order, no delivery. I did manage to get a response on email saying the courier had lost the parcel and had found it again, so eventually I received the battery about 15 days after the order.

However, the battery was dead and would not take any charge. After several ignored emails I claimed through PayPal. pointless trying to phone these muppets as the line is always 'busy'.

Do not touch them with a penny of your hard earned cash, complete and utter shambles/scammers.

After emailing them for the first time about non-delivery I got a reply saying they would investigate with the courier. Then no response. Later I asked them to send another battery - no reply. Later, I asked for a refund - no reply. I went to PayPal and got an immediate refund.
The conformation email contains no order number, no details of the order and no cost information. There was no emai confirming dispatch or giving tracking information. Clearly a very amateur eCommerce site.
I would strongly advise you not to use this site, or if you do use PayPal.

Great service. Fast despatch. Delivery details and tracking number would have been useful but overall good price.

I found my old Blackberry Curve at the back of a cupboard with a dead battery.. never thought I'd find a reasonably priced replacement. Bestbattery had just what I wanted and at a good price... Thumbs Up

I just iked the company as it was an easy website to use, a good price, and the delivery was fine.

Battery fitted and working well. Saved a lot of money fitting it ourselves.

A good source for ‘non conventional’ batteries and excellent after sales service.

This company was very helpful indeed and I will certainly use them in the future.

i'm reserved about making instant comments - ie needs to work for longer than a few hours but batteries? The main advantage of this purchase ... as it produces the power and life of the original and operates for a good few hours with minimum loss has to be a great indication - and for the same price of one half the life??
