I’ve used Allbits twice now and the delivery has been prompt and efficient every time.
I recently had an issue where I ordered the wrong size bath screen, but they facilitated a quick return and swap with no hassle at all. The customer service was on point. Highly recommended.

Bought a shower screen off them as they had a good choice of measurements at reasonable prices. It came 2 days later with no problems at all. Delivery was prompt and a good quality shower screen. Really pleased thank you.

Great price, product and service

Whatever I saved buying from Allbits, I lost five times as much chasing the delivery.

Absolute disgrace took over £700 off me for an item to be delivered yesterday. It never arrived. I phoned and no matter what time of day it is you get the same answer phone message saying now closed and giving their normal opening hours. I have visited their Whitstable showroom 4 times. No one at all there. No signs, no contact number. I have not been given any update whatsoever. We are all going through this and whilst your sitting at home doing nothing how about you give your customers a call and give them an update on stuff that’s paid for and we are waiting on. Suggest you all stick with Wickes or Screw-fix or even B and Q they wouldn’t treat you like this.

I was looking for a Roca Mini, small basin and vanity unit, that's advertised for purchase by a number of outlets. But I came across Allbits website and found the same unit advertised bundled together with a nice looking tap and a pop-up waste (which would have been additional items/cost from most other outlets) at a discounted price lower that anyone else I could find. I ordered and paid for the item and the delivery date was set to coincide with my day off. The day before delivery was due I received an apologetic call from a member of Allbits staff saying the delivery driver had damaged the basin whilst loading the box on to the van. He further explained that they had procured a limited number of these items to sell at a discounted price and this was the last one they had. However he said, I'll get another from somewhere and get it out to you tomorrow if that's okay. I arranged for the item to be delivered to suite my day off work the following week. The day before delivery was due their delivery driver contacted me to say he would be delivering and provide the delivery time. The driver called on the day of delivery to update the time and promptly arrived as arranged. The product was as described and just what I wanted. Thank you Allbits for your fabulous service.

BROUGHT MIXER TAP OFF THEM VIA EBAY , AFTER ONLY 18 MONTHS STARTING DRIPPING, THEY ADVERTISE A FIVE YEAR GUARANTEE, BUT WILL NOT HONOUR IT AND DO NOT RESPOND TO SEVERAL EMAILS I HAVE SENT THEM, EXCEPT ONE WHEN THEY TOLD ME TO PHONE THEM WHICH I DID SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ANSWER

Arrived promptly and exactly what I ordered.

Bought a bath after carefully reading description on ebay, however what arrived was not as described, not just slightly but massively. I did not fit the bath and was not around when it was fitted. It turned out to be 5mm thick and NOT 8mm as advertised also it is 1685 mm long and NOT 1700mm as advertised. I questioned this and allbits sent me a link to manufacturers web site to read how baths are made. I rang the site to enquire and they do not deal with allbits and have never heard of them!!! and also agreed that the bath was NOT officially 8mm thick. Ebay made minor refund £££ and launced investigation as did trading standards. Allbits have since reworded advert but it is still not accurate. BEWARE. YOU DO NOT GET ALL OF THE BITS YOU ORDER. Very poor traders.

I would recommend this company to all my friends not like bathpanel direct who sent me wrong colour front panel and do not reply to emails or phone calls,
this firm was first class.

Order was placed on the understanding of the component being available which was not the case. Tim was wasting and time lost in sourcing another component and another supplier when we were finally notified of failure to supply.
