I had a problem with my car sula from customer service could not help me enough if your looking for someone to help you in this company ask for him top guy

got a redress of 8.99 i kid you not, worst ever

This is crap , I due a redness payback and after waiting over 3 years for this on the 4/4/22 they credit my account with £21 this is like a wind up 😑 considering they got over 3 million to payback to customers.. where all the rest of that money going

The worst company I have ever dealt with . Fraud , lies and on top of that defaulted my account for no reason, asking for money when the balance was settled , harassment via email the list goes on .. cannot understand how they are still allowed to trade to be honest ..

Conned me out my redress payment of £650, was due payment week before administration… now i will get about £20, glad you went bust scum

Thieves. Currently paying off a defaulted payment for the past few months. Paid as normal at the end of November by standing order. They have still not updated my balance. It’s now 3 weeks since I made the payment. Where has my payment gone? Are you stealing it? Does not take 3 weeks to process a payment. You won’t be getting another penny until you answer my email/text. Company went into administration, so for all I know , someone is taking that payment and pocketing it. A response would be nice too.
Edit: they’ve now decided to sell my debt to Lantern without no good reason at all. I am NOT happy about this as I made a payment arrangement with money box and I kept to it, so there was no reason to sell my debt on. If I end up with two separate defaults, I will be complaining officially to the FCA.

I've contacted them several times on email about an update this was 4 months ago still no reply or to text u can't call them.as it says there not there due to covid and there website states there happy help if u get In contact complete crap 4 months and 10 emails later and still nothing from.them they was meant to.update the customers in June about our redress it's nearly 2 months later and there ignoring us and refusing to help complete joke and ignoring customers after spending years taking our money joke the sooner the company gone the better

Okay so where to begin with this company. First I applied for a loan. Then I got accepted and no funds went in my account. When I told them this they said someone called back and asked for the money to be paid into another account ??? When I asked for the account details or atleast account holder name. They told me they couldn’t tell me due to security . I then received an email saying they will write this debt off. After checking my credit score and my account on 24/7 moneybox. The account is still active and i am apparently in debt . Absolutely disgrace of a company. Also I was hung up on numerous times.

I found them to be an extremely good company to work with, and were an absolute lifeline in my hour of need. Quite helpful, supportive and non judgemental. I also liked the fact that you could borrow a very small amount. Very useful in times of need

However, I would say, that there should be a longer period of time to pay back loan. A month isn't particularly a good span of time. Clients should have options of paying back amounts over an agreed time. Certainly one of the better ones out there.

Lent from them several times. However they wouldn’t accept my Goat as collateral after 20 minutes of being bent over a trash can I’m not sure you are a legitimate lender....however I would recommend to friends as you kissed me first

Customer service is shocking. emailed about an issue on my credit file and never bothered responding.

I give you one star for giving me a loan unemployed bad credit ccj dont ask for proof of income wage slips just give you money so if you are desperate and have bad credit apply

Made a payment of £166 In November but they took it twice. Called them to be told It was my fault & they would put in a request for my refund but have kept trying to take money out of my bank. I currently owe them £186 so have said to repay me or take my £166 off my bill but no they keep trying to take another £186 from my bank. Knowing they’re going into administration I’m not willing to pay a penny back without my refund or deduction as I think I will just be robbed of my £166

So sad that 24/7 money box has gone into administration!! They were my lifeline. I have a well paid job so I didn’t feel as if they lent irresponsibly. It’s a shame and I hope they come back soon. Maybe rebrand and offer longer payment terms as I’ve noticed the payday lenders who ask for a 1 month repayment always seem to go into administration. Come back soon. Excellent company to work with, had a loan with a very competitive rate, things were going fine and then life happened, lost my job and got into difficulty, with a few simple texts between Stacie and I and this was all resolved and solved the stress of the whole situation

Amazing experience!! Stacie was a star helped me with all problems and now I’m happy thank you.
