Greenbank Estate Agents 10/10
From the initial valuation with Nicola, to the eventual completion date for both sale and purchase, Greenbank were amazing all through our long and stressful journey in a complicated chain. The girls were always professional as well as keeping up an excellent level of communication throughout. Kerry and Olivia kept us updated with viewings and feedback, and Ruby was instrumental in showing us around the beautiful purchase we found and basically sold it to us immediately.
We must also offer a massive thanks to to Kim who dealt with my stresses, tears and diva tantrums throughout the drama's of the 'chain of doom, but I won't even mention the 'Hot-Tub-Gate' saga. I have bought and sold several times through Greenbank and will never go anywhere else again.
Hopefully we won't need their services again as we are saying this is the last move, but if we do then we will have no hesitation to use Greenbank. So in short, first class outstanding service and amazing professionalism.
