Bestemt ikke autentisk italiensk pizza, som ovenikøbet var kold da vi hentede den på rette tidspunkt.
Men ok pizza - til gengæld virkelig dårlige pommes frites

Worst dining experience. I don’t know what the chef does but he was out of his depth.The order was late,unprofessional and frankly tasteless. Fire the chef as soon as possible…

The food was good. Lights went out when it was served. Couldn't see what we were eating. Took ages to get a coffee and dessert. The waitress was cleaning around us but tactfully ignoring us at the same time. When the order was eventually placed the waitress gave us a disapproving head movement, as you would to a bold child. Eventually what we ordered arrived. I asked the waiter, who was a decent chap, what was the problem but obviously he had no idea. The waitress wasn't see again and in fairness neither will we. Avoid this place.

First of all the food took an age to arrive and when it did we had one pizza shopping wet with water the Soco spicy chicken was like something out of an Asda freezer. The Bolognese was not much better completely lacking any flavour and the salad looked about three days old. Please do not waste your time and money going for this restaurant. There was absolutely no apology for the delay in service huge letdown avoid it all costs.

Absolut bedste, mest autentisk rigtig italienske pizza, jeg har fået i lang tid…en fornøjelse for øjet og for ganen!

En virkelig autentisk Italiensk oplevelse. Der findes ikke mange rigtige Italienske restauranter i Danmark, men Crust er af dem. Super råvarer, super tilberedning og super betjening! En lille perle tæt på lufthavnen.

The pizza arrived over an hour and a half after I ordered it. Stone cold. Waste of time and money. Get a dominos.

I have been going to crust for the past 2 years since arriving in liverpool. Their authentic Italian food is absolutely scrumptious! Everything we’ve ever ordered has been spot on, the service has always also great.

Really bad service, bad experience and even worse customer service when raising an issue with them. Staff are not trained properly, unable to take basic food orders, rude and will take your plates while people at the table are still eating.

Always amazing service and food at the Woolton Village restaurant! Highly recommend the Aperol Spritz also!

Second visit here, the pizza is the best ever! Hot, fresh and delicious!

We ordered via ubereats about 10 days ago, the food was tepid and we go no reply to our complaint. The food was good when it was open for eat in so we tried again last night.
The food never turned up so we called to be told there was no record of an order, I had to push and push and then they revealed their was a record but it had been cancelled. If Uber eat are grossley incompetant may I suggest that if you wish to do deliveries then do it yourself

We ordered a family meal at 7.25 pm via Crust’s app and we’re told in the app that our meal would be delivered 8.30-50pm.

At 9.20 our meal hadn’t arrived yet so we called the restaurant and they were confused and it sounded like the staff had lost our order. After me raising concern that our order may not arrive the girl on the phone suddenly said oh it’s left, 25 minutes ago so should be with you, so sorry we’re struggling”!

At 10pm after attempting to call the restaurant more than 40 times we still had no food and the restaurant’s phone was not working! But they took the card payment!

A delivery driver turned up after 10pm with cold food. By this time we had eaten something else and cancelled the order.

We now await a refund!

Do not attempt to order from crust as the system does not work but they will take your payment.

Such a shame because the food is delicious.
