Incredible service!
The Wellworking team is the best Herman Miller retailer in the UK and a great local business. Their service is excellent, and because they use their own carrier, delivery has always been reliable.
They took the time to explain the differences between each chair, which really helped me choose. I initially bought a chair that was too big, but they even let me swap it instead of returning and repurchasing — something few retailers would do.

I ordered a used/refurbished RH Logic 400 from them, and everything about the experience has been great.
The listing for the chair had pictures of the exact unit I bought, inlcuding zoomed-in pictures of scuff marks on the base for transparency. The chair looks exactly like the pictures with no additional wear & tear found.
The delivery was fast, within 1.5 days of ordering. (Ordered in the evening on day 1, they set a 1-hour delivery slot on day 2, and delivered on the morning of day 3).
Their returns policy is generous and they provide a 2-year warranty on their refurbished products.
Even their customer service is great - I emailed to ask about how the chair was refurbished, and they responded quickly with information about their refurbishment process and told me the origins of the chair on the listing.
Highly recommend.

I have had my Herman Miller Sayl delivered today. The chair is fantastic and everything I hoped for but the service blew me away.
Wellworking emailed offering a delivery slot (no more than 2 days). I asked for a day later and they had no issue with it and arranged quickly. I then got a timeslot and was asked if it was convenient before confirming.
I expected it to be dropped off but Phil delivered, removed and disposed of packaging and spent 20 minutes talking me through the chair and getting me set up.
I would never have expected that but it was such a good experience and made a special and important purchase feel really valued.

I recently bought the Herman Miller Aeron in Mineral with the aluminum base, and I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. I had previously ordered the black version, but it came with a different base material than I expected. Laura was incredibly helpful — she double-checked everything for me and reassured me that returning the chair wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t fully satisfied.
The delivery was on time, and the delivery team was great — friendly and professional. I genuinely wish more companies treated their customers with this level of care.

I don’t usually write reviews but had to write one for this company as the customer service is exceptional. I have been looking for a Herman Miller chair for a while and after a lot of research I decided to buy from Well Working as the price was very competitive and the company reviews were very good. I ordered on Wednesday 19th and got an immediate confirmation and then shortly after a delivery day of Friday 21st June. The day before I received a deliver 1 hour time slot. Peter who delivered my chair arrived on time and was very friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the chair and demonstrated all its features. He also talked through what to do if we had any issues or if any issues came up in the future. The chair is exactly as described and we are very pleased with it. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

I have bought 2 Herman Miller chairs from Wellworking in the last 2 years. Excellent company to deal with . One of the chairs developed an issued underneath the seating area. Immediate response and delivered another chair within a week . Highly recommended.
Also the drivers delivering the chairs are pleasant and knowledgeable which is a big plus .

I've had an excellent experience with Wellworking. I initially bought a chair for WFH which didn't feel quite right (I was looking for something to use in the long-term) and they happily arranged a free collection and full refund with no bother. They also suggested booking a visit to their offices to try a few different chairs, which was really helpful.
A special thanks to Phil, who delivered the original chair, and Richard, who helped me try out some alternative chairs at one of the Wellworking offices. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about the different products etc.
