Adrian, the engineer who came out, was fantastic — extremely friendly, polite, and efficient. He fixed the chair with minimal fuss and took the time to explain the maintenance and operation to me, which I really appreciated. A genuinely decent guy and a credit to the company.
Exceptional service all round. Highly recommended!

Contacted staff via email with a couple of questions and they were very prompt at getting back to me. I change the delivery date as we were going to be away, and was kept in the picture all the time.
