2 different emails at different times…
2 different emails at different times that both went unanswered until I called customer service and the excuse was that it was sitting in spam … really you don’t check that folder? Frustrating and annoying service - I then get charged a restock fee to return the product after I was left with no reply for 2 weeks about returning it.

When it comes to plumbing supplies, I found Wellson's offer great value for money, fast delivery and great after sales service. I would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Deceptive, dishonest, very poor experience
Deceptive, dishonest, and very poor expeience overall. We ordered a small shower niche (around $70) and paid $50 for shipping on the basis of Wellson's website that it would be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. The niche was needed urgently. After repeated follow ups with no response, we emailed Wellsons to advise the works had progressed and the product was no longer needed. Then, still with no response, Wellsons dispatched the product more than 2 weeks later. By that the works were already complete without the niche. Followed up with Wellsons again for a refund. Still no response. Would not buy again from Wellsons.
