So after nearly a month and 2 reviews…
So after nearly a month and 2 reviews with no response which is expected from this company I get a response today via trust pilot which you can read and have No issues as such with the response and process however when the boiler was fixed in the loft over 3 years ago these TC’s were not in place and no one had the courtesy to inform us as a customer of these changes or had the courtesy to let us know, even though no payments were missed they introduce these new TC’s don’t you think it would have been nice or good Customer service to do this or let us know prior to any visit to check this was in place . Instead they hide behind changing legislation and leave two elderly people without a working boiler, really poor service and really poor company , with no solutions. Seriously you need to sort this out quicker and work with us and not hide behind legislation which could be dealt with quickly if you want to and help OAP with boiler issues instead you just keep with the excuses. We have checked our orginal TC’s and 3 years ago 8c did not say this. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Same I can't give -5 stars. Phoned them in October 2024 for our yearly service on our combi boiler. 4 days later they cancelled our appointment due to having no service engineers was told they had a massive in call off boiler break downs which had priority over service boilers.? Rebook for December but was again cancelled due to to many service engineers calling in sick.? Rebooked again for January 2025 again 2 day's later it was cancelled again due to another problem with engineers.? We rebooked a few more times and all where cancelled in a few day's after with the same excuse. On the day as we waited for our sevice on the 6th booking we sat waiting for them to arrive. An hour been late yes you better believe it they ran to say the engineer had phoned in sick. I was absolutely furious I gave them the benative of the doubt on the last 3 times off been cancelled. They wanted to rebook for the 7th time 😡 which I cancelled our direct debit and to remove us from there system completely with a full dressing down and told them how untrustworthy and pathetic there customers service was. 6 months off been messed about I would not recommend there after service care to anyone.. we paid £42 a month ( price increase every year) for there gold package service and was with them for 5+ year's 😡

New boiler
Bought as a replacement boiler for our static caravan. Nice simple controls and well priced. So far all is working well.

Boiler was faulty from new
Boiler was faulty from new. Installed one week ago and CO readings high, also having an issue with the high temp sensor and the boiler overheating. Vokera engineer attended next day and said it was fine just needed to settle in to adjust, 5 days later and readings are getting worse. Another engineer due out tomorrow.

Fantastic service
Absolutely brilliant form start to finish.
We had a new water heater installed which had a slight issue. Vokera sent out an engineer immediately and rectified the problem.
Easy to speak to somebody over the phone too.

Was disappointed to only be able to register boiler
for 5 year guarantee after being advised by installer that the boiler had one for 7 years. that's why I chose it.

These boilers are absolutely shocking
These boilers are absolutely shocking, I had started fitting vision plus and evolves, almost every boiler had faults within the 1st 12-18ths some numerous faults. 3 were faulty out the box. Customer service absolutely abysmal in some cases taking up front payment not trusting the boiler was at fault under a warranty condition, then were slow to return the payments once confirmed by they're engineers. I've lost at least 6 long term Customers as a direct result of fitting Vokera boilers. Absolute disgrace on reliability. Do not go near these
Vokera after sales support useless
Bought boiler with intention it had 5yr warranty. Now in 4th year the boiler water pressure became faulty. Vokera engineer came out and made my boiler worse. It started dripping water after he'd left. Ignored my texts. Customer service person useless. Would not listen to reason. A very unprofessional company. I would advice NOT to buy Vokera products as the after sales service is run by cow boys. I have seniors and young people living at my house and the heating doesn't work as normal anymore. Left with damaged boiler. Engineer cop out blamed it on radiators. Appalling level of support. Fobbed off by them saying they will charge £245 for a visit and then concluding that it would not be the boiler at fault! I have never experienced such poor service from any company thus far. This is my first time. My advice is to AVOID VOKERA at all costs if you want decent after sales support regardless of time limit. Absolutely useless when you need them. Did not show any care or consideration towards elders or young people living in the house. As far as they were concerned the people could freeze! Risk buying Vokera products at your own peril! Very disappointed as had been paying for annual boiler service each year on time as forms part of the T&Cs. Log book.upto date. Pointless if this was the final outcome. No help from Vokera when most in need. I hope Vokera get their comeuppance soon! Feel defrauded.

Straight forward installation. Clean and tidy. Boiler operates well. Very quiet.
Is it acceptable to leave an 84 year old with no hot water or heating for over 5 days?
You received a call from D&G on Monday 17th February regarding my mothers boiler that had stopped working. Which means she has no hot water or heating, my mother is 84 years old and leave alone. You informed us that an engineer couldn't come until 20th (we are waiting for them to arrive).
At no point have you offered any alternative solutions to keep her warm, or try and get the engineer there sooner.
Good to deal with.
Rang the company up with my details and they were very helpful.. sorted all the paperwork out and sent the confirmation email. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks

Dreadful experience
Our boiler is under warranty. I have had no heating or hot water for 4 days . Their engineer arranged to come out this morning . He has just cancelled. I have severe arthritis in my spine , exacerbated by cold but they don’t care ,they give no priority to vulnerable people. Will never buy another Vokera product . Can’t wait u til this boiler is out of warranty . Dreadful service .
