Excellent service from the moment of entering the showroom/store to delivery of items. Very warm, non intrusive welcome from George who managed our needs perfectly. We were given free reign to explore the entire store before we had made our decision to purchase. Only then did George sort everything for us including delivery.
We purchased a large 'Distressed Teal' rug and fits perfectly in out home. The quality of the rug is excellent with a nice full pile and vibrant colours that alter as the light changes.
We are delighted and will pay a return visit soon.

The customer service before we purchased this sofa was fantastic, when we ordered the sofa we were given a wait time of between 8-10 weeks, we are now coming up to week week 15-16, so we’ve had to wait double the time. The disappointing thing though is, I have contacted this company 3 to 4 times, no one has been in contact with me to let us know there’s a delay or the reason why there’s a delay.
Terrible customer service !!

UPDATE
I called Vintage sofa and spoke to Amy in customer service , she said she would look into the issue and call me back , that was 4 days ago… I still have not heard anything ! AWFUL

Another update
Ordered 09 Jan … told 8-10 week wait… found out this week , end of April , the sofa was made incorrectly and will not be with us until the end of May … maybe !!!
Just shocking ! I have spoken to many unhappy customers , I am surprised there are so many good reviews, i find it very odd

ANOTHER REVIEW

So we are now coming towards the end of May and still waiting for a chair that was ordered on the 9th of January, so very soon it will be six months for something that we were told from 8 to 10 weeks.
I reached out to Vintage sofa, maybe 15 times all in all I’ve managed to get somewhere with someone twice although the first time they said they would get back to me they never did then I spoke to somebody else who said she would email me with all the information she told me so I could then email her back if need be she never emailed me, when I spoke to the latter person I sort of got the feeling that this person was quite high up maybe part owner or family of an owner.
When I spoke to this lady, she told me the sofa had been made wrong and rather than a fitted back it was made with a scatter back. She said I could keep the scatter cushions free of charge which is the least they could do., but I’m so upset about it and just feel at the end of my tether, not really knowing what to do.
Really disgusting customer service I’m surprised this company is still in business. I do not know where my sofa is when it will be here. I haven’t got a clue and it’s like trying to get blood out of a stone trying to sort an issue out.
All that it took was to keep a good customer service going was for someone to keep in contact with me and tell me what was going on just a quick phone call. I’m very understanding and it would’ve been fine. Nobody is bothered.

From start to finish, every little detail was excellent. My fiancée and I are in the process of buying our first property, and a vintage leather sofa/loveseat was exactly what we were looking for.

My fiancée initially contacted Ella, who was fantastic. She kindly put the item aside for us and ensured we had the opportunity to view it, especially as there was only one left.

When we arrived at the showroom, we were greeted by Eliza, who is an absolute asset to the company and truly deserves recognition. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, was incredibly knowledgeable, and had a wonderful, positive attitude throughout. The business should be very proud to have her on the team.

What amazing service! From asking for fabric swatches (which arrived promptly, complete with tea & biscuits) to asking questions via email to the arrival of our beautiful sofa. The Vintage Sofa Company was like dealing with friends. Ella gave fantastic customer service answering silly questions and every step of the process from ordering to delivery was extremely professional and so smooth. I would not hesitate to order again. Our sofa looks amazing and will give us years of pleasure as well as being a fantastic conversation piece! The leopard print might not be to everyone's taste but we LOVE it!

I was apprehensive visiting a new sofa company as all the others I’d been to I found the staff to full on. But this was such a wonderful place to go to. I was greeted by Henri whom was very helpful and relaxed. I ordered my items a few days later by phone and Eliza and Henri were great. They even did a video call so I could see my sofa again (which I love!) to make sure it was definitely what I wanted.

I bought a two seater sofa as part of VSC's recent sale. I choose the item completely off the internet. I was very pleasantly surprised when the item delivery charges were offered to me for free and an additional sheepskin rug. The two seater sofa is perfect size, colour and extremely comfortable and very well made. This is the second time I have bought from the VSC but it won't be my last. The products are very high quality and the customer service is excellent.

The best shopping experience I’ve ever had! A positive experience from the point of contact (through their online chat system), during follow-up telephone calls to WhatsApp messaging! What an absolute delight to liaise with Becca at the Vintage Sofa Company to make my purchase of Dopamine Opulence Bronze 4 seater, loveseat snuggler and footstool. Because I live nowhere near the showroom, Becca suggested showing me around the fabulous showroom by way of a video call. This way I was able to see the fabric and the comfort of the sofa as Becca sank into it 🤗 and have any questions I had, answered. This put my mind at ease, as making a large purchase such as this feels risky when not being able to view the items in person. My mind was immediately put at ease. I have never experienced this impeccable, high-level of customer service elsewhere. If only there were more companies and staff like this, online shopping would not be the stressful ordeal it usually is. I can actually say what a delight it was and what a shame I don’t have a huge house to fill with more furniture 🥰!

Went for the first time today and what an amazing store. The staff were so helpful especially Henry and Natalie. A warm welcome with hot drinks and cake. Carried and put up my mobility scooter when we were struggling and put it away for us. It is truly a Wonderland. The reasonable prices, quality, variety of everything you could wish for. Bought the hot pink sideboard and a few decorations. Can’t wait to go back and buy more. Thank you so much
